Huge vegan burritos. - Edit
Stopped in for a quick bite while passing through. Las Vegas surprisingly has a lot of vegan options, including this all vegan Mexican restaurant.

Let's be honest.. - Edit
In all honesty, SoyMexican is the best vegan Mexican food in town. By comparison this stuff is tasteless and expensive. It racks up the dollars so fast. I've never been blown away by a single thing I've had and I've been multiple times. Nor is service particularly special. I always low-key regret going. Also the franchise owners are vocally racist online. Probably better to skip Panchos and go to SoyMexican or Tacotarian.

Pretty on point with the flavors and service - Edit
Husband was liked the taco platter, not a fan of the mushroom protein though. California burrito with al pastor, I liked the flavor but it could use some more fries in the burrito. Over all the experience was good. The vibe is good very friendly staff.

Not good - Edit
First of all, lay off of the jalapeno!! Too much is not a good thing. Especially if your heat sensitive. Also, if you ask your server if the salsa is hot and she says it is. So you then ask, "do you have pico de Gallo" yes we do. Ok I'll have that instead. Great! But guess what...it was FULL of jalapeno. Now as a server wouldn't you have informed your customer, knowing that they are heat sensitive, that there is jalapeno in it. Nope, not this one. Nor did she inform us that the guacamole also had jalapeno in it as well! And speak of guacamole, it wasn't even housemate. It was bagged with added, you guessed it, pico jalapeno extradinair. Food was average and had no taste, other than 🥵 Really was dissatisfied with the quality and the service.

Delicious Food - Edit
The burritos are a great size for the price. The jackfruit, chorizo, mushrooms, Asada, and Chicken are all wonderful options, they pack in authentic flavors and a beautiful balance of spices. The food is spicy for anyone who is sensitive but it’s perfect for me. The pico de gallo is also super fresh and the Mexican rice is fluffy and flavorful. Definitely recommend trying if you live here or visiting. They also have daily specials!!
Read moreEdit: Just took some friends there who aren’t vegan and they absolutely loved it. Also this time around their Mexican rice was tasting extra flavor. It had a beautiful orange/red color and was spicy.

Decent vegan Mexican food - Edit
I enjoy this place for a casual date. The dining room is spacious and much less cramped than the nearest Tacotarian's. However, I don't think the food is quite as good. The tacos all kind of follow the same formula and the lettuce/tomato weren't super fresh. However, it is solid for what it is and it's 100% vegan so you don't have to worry about any ordering mishaps. I was a little put off by the staff not wearing masks when the mandate was still in effect earlier this year.

Great Taco Tuesday - Edit
We went for the taco Tuesday special - 4 street tacos or 3 street tacos and a drink. The tacos, chips and guac, and horchata were great! We also got a side of the red salsa and it was spicier than we expected. I could eat here again and again! They were out of some items, like the chick-end, but there was still plenty to choose from.

Not bad, Too much salt - Edit
We got a little bit of everything here! The tostadas were good and the beans were great! I got the Nachos with the Jackfruit and it was too salty. I ended up picking around the “meat”. My husband had the chicken and carne asada and said the same thing about it being too salty.

4.5 round up. I got the nachos and green enchiladas. Check out the pics; they have a small and large nachos and that’s the small! I was expecting a portion about half that size. For the enchiladas I asked for which is spiciest and they said green but I didn’t have high expectations for it to be very spicy because I have a high tolerance level but it was! I almost couldn’t handle it so thumbs up to them for giving me a challenge. Also the service was fast & friendly and they do meatless Monday discounts!

Flavorful - Edit
This wasn’t my first time trying vegan Mexican food, but my first time at this restauraunt. I enjoyed this place, it was very delicious and worth the visit. On the other hand, I was with family and my other family members did not enjoy as much as I did. They mentioned that the mole was very thick & there was chile in nearly everything. Nevertheless, I personally liked it a lot. #Veganuary

Delicious Vegan Tacos & Burritos - Edit
We stopped for an early lunch on a drive from SoCal to Vegas. Friends had highly recommended Pancho's, and we had seen many positive reviews. It did not disappoint. We ordered the breakfast chorizo burrito and classic burrito with mushrooms. Both burritos were super tasty and huge. Staff was very friendly, and the food was served quickly. We can't wait to eat here again when we next visit Sin City.

Excellent vegan Mexican food - Edit
Breakfast Chorizo Burrito—was served nice and hot—is the best I've ever had, and one of the largest burritos I've ever had. Tres Leches Cake was not available, so I ordered the Rice Pudding instead, which I didn't care for. It is stored in the refrigerator and served cold. I'm sure it would be great right after it is cooked, and served warm, before the rice starch becomes stale from refrigeration.

Delicious affordable eating - Edit
Going to Vegas can be expensive, and the cost of food and beverages can add up almost exponentially. Going here does not really contribute to the exponential increase in your food spending, so, that's one great reason.
Read moreThe other great reason to go here is that if you're veg*n and tired of the million other places for tacos where you're not quite sure what is and isn't veg*n, go here! It's allllll vegan. It's amazingly peaceful for your conscious mind and heart for your veg lifestyle!
That said, everything here is amazingly fresh and delicious. I can't provide enough positive feedback. The place has an old venue type of smell, but it's not overwhelming. After that, it's all about the food, and it's amazing.
They have homemade ice cream - ohmigosh! They have every kind of taco protein you can imagine - my favorites being jackfruit, mushrooms and nopales. They have chik'n and other fake meats, too. So good, so good!
The sopes were my favorite with a delightfully crispy outside and piled high with deliciousness. The tacos, of course, were awesome. I just wish I had a bigger stomach, because I also wanted enchiladas, nachos and huaraches, but I only had so much room in my stomach. Can't get over how delicious, fresh and 100% all vegan this place is. It's amazing! I wish they had one where I lived! Then I'd have taco Tuesday, nacho Monday, quesadilla Wednesday, enchilada Thursday, huaraches Sunday, sopes Saturday and Friday would be for whatever else I missed!
Pros: All vegan, Affordable, Delicious and fresh
Cons: Not in my city/ area where I live
