Cheap, Friendly, and DELICIOUS

While it may not seem cheap initially, the servings you get on a lot of the food is Huge! Not to mention every bite is delicious, and you can choose what type of mock-meat you want. Absolutely everything is vegan, the staff is super friendly, allergens are marked clearly on the menu (lots of gluten free options), nothing not to love!

Pros: Everything is vegan, friendly staff, affordable, d

Cons: Small restaurant for the quantity of people it att

Service was ok...

The restaurant was a little dirty which was a bit of a turn-off. The cashier and staff were friendly, but forgot a lot of things. My to-go box was covered in enchilada sauce, so the appearance was a turn-off. The staff forgot chips on both of my orders and I saw two or three people go to the servers asking them for forgot items. The food had a great flavor, but the service makes me wonder if it is worth going back.

Introducing the Duchess :)

Oh my goodness! I love Pancho’s and I check in each time. I want to try the entire menu but keep getting the same thing over and over again. Cheese and jalapeño tamales... cactus and mushroom tacos... so good!

Pros: daily specials, multiple protein options, yummines

Cons: takes a long time when it gets busy...

Vegan Mexican Not Far From The Strip

Authentic Mexican food made 100% vegan. It's about ten minutes from the strip. Vegas keeps getting better for specialty vegan food. My friend and I ate here three times during our five days in Vegas. I'd highly recommend the sopes with asada. Street tacos and tamales were great too. The fideo was really nice with some Tapatio in there.

There were a couple of menu issues when I went here, but it had only recently opened. Hoping they were able to work out the kinks.

unhealthy, not worth a trip

Mediocre, unhealthy, fake meat centered and it’s not even good; service is kind of rude and lacking care. Ingredients used are obviously the cheapest crap out there. Regretting going there, lol. I should know better. Not eco-friendly with their waste.

Hearty Authentic Mexican Food

We had been driving through Texas, New Mexico and Arizona and were craving some good Mexican food. It is rare to find a vegan Mexican restaurant like Pancho's. Everything is fast, fresh and delicious. We ordered the classic nachos with the faux chicken. We were astounded at the size of the appetizer and I knew I would be in trouble as we both ordered an entree. My husband is gluten free but there were plenty of choices for him. He ordered the bean enchiladas. He enjoyed them. I ordered the mole enchilada with the asada. I have been off sugar for 6 months so for me, they were a bit sweet. Also, I liked the way the chicken was spiced better than the asada. But overall. We both enjoyed our meals. I would recommend asking for a sauce on your enchiladas if you get the bean ones. They seemed a bit dry for me. Bit their beans are delicious so if you don't mind dry, you will enjoy.

Pros: Fast, reasonably priced, fresh, huge portions

Cons: Basic spare decor. The place is small and very bus

so good!

Had a wet burrito with the Asada fake meat and it was so good! The asada was super good and my meat eater friends thought it could pass as being the real stuff! Very filling too!

Pros: fake meat options, great taste

Cons: probably not super healthy

Maravilloso!

We had pegged Pancho's as a spot to hit up for dinner during our recent Vegas trip, and we definitely weren't disappointed! Very nice sit-down area, and we ordered at the counter.

First impressions of the staff felt like they were a little rushed, or stressed, but towards the end of our meal we got to chatting with them and they are really an excellent group of people! Very passionate about the food, and the authenticity of it. We ordered the simple nachos dish, and the enchiladas in mole sauce (my first mole experience).

The cheese on the nachos was honestly the highlight of my night. I couldn't get enough! I guess I need a few more mole dishes to really get around its unique taste, but it was a very tasty, well-presented dish all-in-all.

I would have loved to go back if our stay was longer, but it was a little ways away from where we were staying on the strip. Definitely recommend!

Pros: Nacho Cheese Sauce!, Variety of dishes, Great staff, once you get to chatting with them

Cons: Initial service when ordering could be improved

Vegan food without much Veg

Went there with my wife and kids a few months after they opened. The food was ok. We were disappointed that the menu centered around meat alternatives more than veg. I’ve had better vegan Mexican food from regular Mexican restaurants.

Okay Food. Would Eat There Again.

Friendly staff, large portions, fair price. We had a wet burrito and supreme fries. The food wasn't amazing, but it wasn't bad either....it was just okay. Would eat there again if in the area, but wouldn't drive out of the way for it.

YOU NEED TO EAT HERE

The meal I had at Pancho's was hands down the best meal I've had IN MY LIFE. NO JOKE, this place is INCREDIBLE. I had the street tacos, sopes, and a pineapple tamale and I could not even give one area or thing to improve if my life depended on it. The flavours were amazing, you can really taste the love in their cooking. The staff were friendly and helped me navigate the menu. I'm so glad I made the trip here from the strip, so worth it. If I lived in Vegas I would eat here every day.

Pros: everything

Cons: none

Phenomenal vegan options and spectacular service

All I can say is WOW.
I tried Pancho's Kitchen for the first time at the first Las Vegas Veg Fest last April (2016) and was somewhat disappointed. However they have completely changed my opinion haha!
We finally went to their actual restaurant for Mother's Day and hot damn, this place has an amazing vegan menu.
The service we had was incredible (wish I could remember the gentleman's name) was so kind and so helpful!!!
I highly recommend checking this place out for vegans like myself and others.
I'll post pics if I can find them haha but all I know is this food was amazing! Updated from previous review on 2017-08-14

Pros: Spectacular vegan menu, Immaculate & fantastic service, such kind people!, Great portions and prices!

Cons: FAR from my house! Need one in Henderson, wish the whole restaurant was vegan!

Delicious vegan authentic Mexican food

Although I visit Vegas a lot, there are still some vegan places I haven't tired before. I saw this restaurant on HappyCow and decided to try it out with my husband and nephew. The restaurant was a little hot but the staff was friendly and the food came out quickly. My husband had a vegan asada street taco which he said was delicious and my nephew had nachos which he liked as well. I had the Cuban torta with vegan hot dogs and vegan bacon and it was fabulous! They also will answer any questions you have regarding food allergies so you can eat worry free.We all left with full bellies and will definitely visit them again.

Pros: Authentic vegan Mexican food, low prices, friendly staff

Cons: restaurant can get a little hot

VEGAN MEXICAN FOOD PEOPLE

Stopped by while traveling through town and was so pleasantly surprised by such a big menu! The two items I had my heart set on were sold out :( (the only reason not a 5 star rating) and since I live in Ca I don't know when I will be able to try them out. I ordered the classic nachos with asada and holy crap the asada is so flavorful! Next time I will probably get the nacho cheese nachos and just add meat because I really wanted nacho cheese and jalapeños, both of which don't come on the classic nachos. 100% my fault for not reading descriptions carefully. The staff was so very friendly and I truly hope business is well!

Pros: ALL VEGAN, asada flavorful
