Cheap, Friendly, and DELICIOUS - Edit
While it may not seem cheap initially, the servings you get on a lot of the food is Huge! Not to mention every bite is delicious, and you can choose what type of mock-meat you want. Absolutely everything is vegan, the staff is super friendly, allergens are marked clearly on the menu (lots of gluten free options), nothing not to love!

Service was ok... - Edit
The restaurant was a little dirty which was a bit of a turn-off. The cashier and staff were friendly, but forgot a lot of things. My to-go box was covered in enchilada sauce, so the appearance was a turn-off. The staff forgot chips on both of my orders and I saw two or three people go to the servers asking them for forgot items. The food had a great flavor, but the service makes me wonder if it is worth going back.

Vegan Mexican Not Far From The Strip - Edit
Authentic Mexican food made 100% vegan. It's about ten minutes from the strip. Vegas keeps getting better for specialty vegan food. My friend and I ate here three times during our five days in Vegas. I'd highly recommend the sopes with asada. Street tacos and tamales were great too. The fideo was really nice with some Tapatio in there.

unhealthy, not worth a trip - Edit
Mediocre, unhealthy, fake meat centered and it’s not even good; service is kind of rude and lacking care. Ingredients used are obviously the cheapest crap out there. Regretting going there, lol. I should know better. Not eco-friendly with their waste.

Hearty Authentic Mexican Food - Edit
We had been driving through Texas, New Mexico and Arizona and were craving some good Mexican food. It is rare to find a vegan Mexican restaurant like Pancho's. Everything is fast, fresh and delicious. We ordered the classic nachos with the faux chicken. We were astounded at the size of the appetizer and I knew I would be in trouble as we both ordered an entree. My husband is gluten free but there were plenty of choices for him. He ordered the bean enchiladas. He enjoyed them. I ordered the mole enchilada with the asada. I have been off sugar for 6 months so for me, they were a bit sweet. Also, I liked the way the chicken was spiced better than the asada. But overall. We both enjoyed our meals. I would recommend asking for a sauce on your enchiladas if you get the bean ones. They seemed a bit dry for me. Bit their beans are delicious so if you don't mind dry, you will enjoy.

Had a wet burrito with the Asada fake meat and it was so good! The asada was super good and my meat eater friends thought it could pass as being the real stuff! Very filling too!

Maravilloso! - Edit
We had pegged Pancho's as a spot to hit up for dinner during our recent Vegas trip, and we definitely weren't disappointed! Very nice sit-down area, and we ordered at the counter.
Read moreFirst impressions of the staff felt like they were a little rushed, or stressed, but towards the end of our meal we got to chatting with them and they are really an excellent group of people! Very passionate about the food, and the authenticity of it. We ordered the simple nachos dish, and the enchiladas in mole sauce (my first mole experience).
The cheese on the nachos was honestly the highlight of my night. I couldn't get enough! I guess I need a few more mole dishes to really get around its unique taste, but it was a very tasty, well-presented dish all-in-all.
I would have loved to go back if our stay was longer, but it was a little ways away from where we were staying on the strip. Definitely recommend!
Pros: Nacho Cheese Sauce!, Variety of dishes, Great staff, once you get to chatting with them
Cons: Initial service when ordering could be improved

Vegan food without much Veg - Edit
Went there with my wife and kids a few months after they opened. The food was ok. We were disappointed that the menu centered around meat alternatives more than veg. I’ve had better vegan Mexican food from regular Mexican restaurants.

Okay Food. Would Eat There Again. - Edit
Friendly staff, large portions, fair price. We had a wet burrito and supreme fries. The food wasn't amazing, but it wasn't bad either....it was just okay. Would eat there again if in the area, but wouldn't drive out of the way for it.

YOU NEED TO EAT HERE - Edit
The meal I had at Pancho's was hands down the best meal I've had IN MY LIFE. NO JOKE, this place is INCREDIBLE. I had the street tacos, sopes, and a pineapple tamale and I could not even give one area or thing to improve if my life depended on it. The flavours were amazing, you can really taste the love in their cooking. The staff were friendly and helped me navigate the menu. I'm so glad I made the trip here from the strip, so worth it. If I lived in Vegas I would eat here every day.

Delicious vegan authentic Mexican food - Edit
Although I visit Vegas a lot, there are still some vegan places I haven't tired before. I saw this restaurant on HappyCow and decided to try it out with my husband and nephew. The restaurant was a little hot but the staff was friendly and the food came out quickly. My husband had a vegan asada street taco which he said was delicious and my nephew had nachos which he liked as well. I had the Cuban torta with vegan hot dogs and vegan bacon and it was fabulous! They also will answer any questions you have regarding food allergies so you can eat worry free.We all left with full bellies and will definitely visit them again.

VEGAN MEXICAN FOOD PEOPLE - Edit
Stopped by while traveling through town and was so pleasantly surprised by such a big menu! The two items I had my heart set on were sold out :( (the only reason not a 5 star rating) and since I live in Ca I don't know when I will be able to try them out. I ordered the classic nachos with asada and holy crap the asada is so flavorful! Next time I will probably get the nacho cheese nachos and just add meat because I really wanted nacho cheese and jalapeños, both of which don't come on the classic nachos. 100% my fault for not reading descriptions carefully. The staff was so very friendly and I truly hope business is well!
