This place is wonderful, lots of options, and the portions are large so you’re bound to get full. Love this place and come here every time I go to Las Vegas.

I got the taco plate with rice and beans. I enjoyed the asada and chicken, but I wasn’t a fan of the al pastor. Also had the asada choice torta which was a little greasy but good.

The burrito tasting overwhelmingly like cloves which made it almost inedible. The to go containers for tacos are very wasteful, you could fit 3-4 tacos in one container but they only did 1 per for me.

I'm so glad I found this place! I love Mexican food, and can't imagine not being able to eat cheese, sour cream, crema and guac! They also have burgers. I want to try them all!

100% Vegan - Edit
Ponchos Tacos were great and authentic. I ordered 3 with the faux chicken and was happy. We also ordered the nachos, it was a huge serving but kind of dry. Jones soda was a treat.

Visiting from Chicago for a convention. Always worried about finding high quality vegan food when traveling. Then we came upon Pancho's. Not just great vegan, it is some of the best Mexican food I've ever had! I got the Taco Combo with asada and mushrooms. My wife had a burrito with asada. Delicious and filling! Seasoning was perfect. The side of spanish rice and beans rivaled the best main stream Mexican restaurants.

My partner and I went to Pancho's for Saturday dinner. I got a sope (they have a special every day) for $2.75. It was delicious! The owner was super friendly and happy to answer our questions. He also came out while we waited and asked us if we'd like him to turn the air down. My partner got the enchiladas mole which he really enjoyed. Although we are not chicken people, vegan or otherwise, it was very good (you can choose what type of vegan meat; owner recommended chick'n). The horchata was also very tasty. On the way out we got rice pudding and some Dia de los Muertos pan dulce which were both great for dessert! Wish we could've stopped by again for lunch before we left town!

Unfortunately after waiting a year to go back in this place is still not cleaned up its Act. Dirty dishes on table tops sticky countertops dirty floors. There are other options available I prefer to support businesses to maintain proper standards for health and sanitation.

My friends were getting married in Vegas and I needed to find somewhere to eat the next day for lunch. I found this place on HappyCow and Glad I did! Got the App for this reason when going to vegas need to know where to eat.

My husband and I always stop for a meal here when we visit Vegas. Their food is really good, some of my favorites are the nachos, the spicy chickn torta and the enchiladas. I have no idea how they make their nacho cheese sauce but it is wonderful and does not turn to glue as it cools.

They have some amazing deals daily, especially for Taco Tuesday! I’ve been coming here since they opened and it’s been growing! It’s nice to see them expanding. The green salsa is the best in my opinion and the potato tacos are to die for! Everything I’ve tried is amazing and I love coming here. I wish it was closer because it’s a pretty far drive for me.

There were big vegan stickers on the restaurant, mention Vegan Authentic Mexican Food, now nothing about Pancho's Vegan Tacos and that created some confusion for me. Pancho's Tacos are only in a little on the stickers on the window.

No reservation required and you're served pretty fast.
I took:
- Cucumber Water
- Wet burrito
- Arroz Con Leche
- Chocolate cake
Overall a good experience, inexpensive, now not really my style and it is not so close to the strip.

I was a little iffy to try a place so far off the strip and honestly didn't have high hopes but omg was I wrong! They were fast and friendly, but more importantly the food was hot and delicious. We ordered sopes, asada tacos, tortas, and enchiladas (greens sauce enchiladas are spicy) Definitely coming back next time we're in Vegas!
