Great Mexican food - Edit
They did not have specific vegan options on the menu but stated that most dishes can be made vegan. I had aubergine tacos. And a lovely peach sour beer. The food was very good, fresh & authentic.

Authentic Mexican food in a friendly and cozy place - Edit
I wrote to the business prior to my visit to inquire as to what could be prepared vegan, and they happily cited the starters and tacos that would work for me. The first of two visits I made to Paz was busy, but the server happily told me which options on the menu work for vegans, re-confirming the options the business owner had already told me.
Read moreBoth times I visited Paz, I ordered the Totopos and Salsas, Frijoles Refritos, Ejotes Tacos, and Papas Tacos. The authenticity, flavor, and creativity of the food were outstanding. The tortillas were fresh, and the salsas were delicious. If you want to kick up the heat for your food, there are two types of Mexican hot sauces on the tables. Though everything was delicious, the star is actually the taco you'd least suspect—the ejotes (green beans)!
Paz is the real deal. It is quite rare to find authentic, vegan-friendly tacos abroad. This place is a must-go!
Pros: Authentic Mexican food and drinks, Friendly service, Cozy atmosphere
Cons: Reservations not accepted, Tables are a bit small if you order a lot of food
