“Sold out” of vegan option - Edit
They said they had no vegetable broth and had “sold out yesterday.” The server offered me three things with beef broth in it and didn’t seem to understand I did not want beef broth.
Read moreI eventually got the fried rice without egg, which was good but it is just a basic white rice with carrots, tofu, peas, and garlic so not really the same kind of meal as the pho I wanted. We also got the veggie spring rolls with peanut sauce, which were good.
Overall, the food is pretty good but I wouldn’t expect much in terms of vegan options. I wasn’t confident that the server knew what I was talking about so it’s not really much better than a normal restaurant.

I had the vegetarian noodle bowl and egg rolls. Very tasty and excellent service….would be even better with more vegan options.

Clean & Vegan friendly. - Edit
We had the bun bowl, pho, salad rolls. All was colorful , fresh and Vegan. The wait staff was Vegan friendly to point my out Vegan menu items. We will be back.
