Great vegan pizza (also gluten-free) - Edit
Went here today and had the vegan pizza. The crust is really thin, because its gluten free but it was delicious. The vegan cheese, pesto and the vegetable topping was delicious! Had the vegan dessert (vegan queen) afterwards which is a chocolate mousse with pistachio. Highly recommend this place. They opened just a month ago. Price for pizza was 15,90 which is okay for the center of Valencia imo.

Vegan + GF pizzas are hard to find in the city - Edit
This fully gluten-free restaurant offers 3 vegan options among their pizzas, we tried 2 of them. Unfortunately they ran out of vegan cheese when we went so we had our pizzas without cheese... It was okay but the base is soo thin that it didn't really feel like pizza to us, and it's pretty expensive overall so I would only recommend if you're looking for a "healthy" pizza.
