We’ve been to both NYC locations of Planta— have been for both dinner and lunch. The menus are similar; but I think this Planta’s lunch menu had a great selection of sandwiches, bowls and salads. We both were really pleased with what we ordered and shared. The poke bowl was so delicious - if I see one on a menu, there’s a high chance I’ll get it and NOT every poke bowl is the same. I’d say this one was soooo good. Seaweed sheets, avocado, sushi rice, yummy sauce, and there’s a good crunch. Then we also got the Caesar wrap… and wow. When you want a Caesar wrap, you want this one. This is the wrap you’re talking about. It had a perfect lettuce snap with each bite and the Caesar flavor was just strong enough. We were so happy at Planta and can’t wait to return!

Really enjoyed lunch at Planta Brooklyn. I’ve previously eaten at their Manhattan location, where a group of us shared many of their shareable apps and small plates, but this Brooklyn location seems better suited for individual meals. I ordered the refreshing Caesar wrap full of fresh greens, fried mushroom and crispy charred mushroom bacon. The Caesar dressing was cold and subtle and didn’t totally drench the wrap. Overall, really lovely lunch.

Best pizzas in NYC - Edit
We shared 4 pizzas (Hawaiian, Vodka, Spicy Chorizo and Leek Bianca) and I still dream about them, especially with the Hawaiian. The dough was very crispy and tasty. When we saw the space we thought it was a luxurious and very expensive place, but compared to the rest of the prices in all the city, we didn't think the quality-price was so overpriced.

Literally some of the best vegan sushi and noodles and food I’ve had ever. The udon noodles were to die for and all the rolls were *chefs kiss* (we almost ordered one of each just left a couple out) and finished every plate entirely, 10/10 would recommend

Love Planta Everywhere - Edit
Loved it as much as the locations in Manhattan and Chicago. Italian fare is great. We had eggplant rollotini, carbonara, fried oyster mushroom app and bang bang broccoli (even though it did not go with Italian theme, but it is soo good). Also the brownie and a banana pudding special for dessert. Banana pudding needs to go on the regular menu!

Read moreThey have little raw menu too, which I think is great. And they are very open to substitutions and request. Just ask or tell them your food preferences!
It’s definitely not cheap but so worth it and no animal gets killed for deliciousness. So good❤️

Love Planta and was so thrilled to have a new location open in the neighborhood, had been to Planta Queen in the city recently for the first time and it was great. So far have only done take out from Planta Williamsburg, got the sushi box to bring to a party and it was a huge hit! Favorites were the torched and pressed avocado, dragon roll and baked crab roll. Will dine in soon!
Read more1-16-24 Been back to Planta several times now to dine in and each time has been a lovely experience, food is always creative and yummy, this last visit with a vegan meetup group, we ordered a mocktail, the Not-A-Rita and a few appetizers, the spicy tuna roll which we've had before, the UNAGI EGGPLANT NIGIRI, the AHI WATERMELON NIGIRI, the FUNGHI SALAD and had a taste of the EGGPLANT ROLLATINI it was all vegan deliciousness! I'm not sure I'd get the salad again, it was good just not as exciting as everything else we ordered. Will be back again soon for another vegan meetup to try more things!

I'm a fan! I've been to many great Plantas in Canada and this one really holds up. Bang Bang Broccoli is a must, the Bao Slider, and the Planta Burger are my favs. I had a great foccacia sandwich for lunch one time as well... lovely spot for a nice dinner. Highly recommend :)

I really enjoyed my dinner at this place. They have a great variety of different foods. I haven't been to many restaurants where you can get good Pizza and good Sushi. The place is well put together and looks fashionable.

Varied menu that covers and caters for all tastes and desires. We had several different plates that we shared amongst five of us. Everything was delicious and unpretentious. Good service and relaxing environment. On the pricier side, but definitely worth it for a treat.

This is a fancier place that's perfect to go to on a date or special occasion. The truffle idon noodles is the best food I've ever had in my life hands down. That's not an exaggeration either-- I have dreams about it it's so good! The torched and pressed sushi is also amazing

Went for Saturday brunch and we enjoyed nearly everything we ordered. Our favorites were the Thai Lettuce Wraps, Loaded Breakfast Sandwich, and the Jade Dumplings. The Spicy Lumaconi Pasta was decent just not on par with everything else.
