An all-vegan restaurant inside La Nacion de Todos, a food and design market. Serves a wide variety of made-in-house Mexican staples. For breakfast you can order a fruit bowl, chilaquiles, molletes with chorizo, tofu scramble with chorizo, red, green & moles mushroom tamales, sincronizadas and baguettes. Tostadas of cauliflower ceviche, carrot tinga, Mexican style hibiscus and mushroom chicharrón, topped with creme under a layer of refried beans.
