We loved our meal! The employee who took our order was incredibly pleasant and friendly and the restaurant has such a relaxing vibe. We ordered the roasted miso avocado, the No 3 original miso ramen, and the no 8 red hot miso, all were fantastic! Everything had so much flavor and didn’t taste overly salty. The red hit miso could have been more spicy but still had a nice kick. Would absolutely go back.

This place does not disappoint! Super friendly and very delicious. We tried the yuzu sesame ramen, miso avocado, truffle and mac - it was all soooo good. Deep, complex flavours, really classy food. Get there if you can!

From the presentation to the flavorful food, this ramen was the best I’ve ever had! Even though it was hot as hades outside, I ate every single bite of that hot ramen. My non-vegan bf kept saying, “I can’t believe this is vegan!” We will definitely be back.

I didn't get to try miso avocado, next time for sure
45 minute seating limit because there is a limited table space for about 16 in restaurant. Entered as the only customer about 9pm but tables filled later.
Friendly staff who oriented this new customer to favorites. Looks like whatever anyone gets is awesome.

The ambience is very sexy- black with heavy wooden furniture and dramatic lighting.
The presentation of the ramen was fantastic! It comes served with a clear bowl trapping a cloud of flavorful hardwood smoke with the soup! It’s so dramatic! A GREAT date place! They also do very brisk takeout business.

Doesn’t seem like much when you pull up to the ubiquitous LA strip mall, but once inside you realize this place is sexi. Darkly lit, minimal Japanese style. Order at the register and they bring it to you. I had the Yuzu Sesame (recommended) with rice and it was super filling and insanely flavorful. Had a Smokey taste to it as well.

So glad I dropped by this ramen place. I had the No. 3 Original Miso ramen and it was savory and delicious. I also had the Mac & Truffle appetizer which was an interesting offering for a ramen place, but I was definitely happy they had it because it was equally delicious. My friend ordered the Roasted Miso Avocado which was wonderful as well. The service was very good and the staff was very welcoming. Highly recommend.

Vegan ramen is probably my favorite food if I had to choose. And this place is one of the best that Ive ever had. I love the originality and dedication to pleasing every part of the experience. You order at the counter, and they bring your food to you. The ramen has this lovely Smokey display when releasing the cover. You can order ramen by itself, or get the combo with rice, or even add a drink and rice. The ramen flavors are miso original, yuzu sesame, curry ginger, or truffle salt. I had the curry ginger and it was amazing. Never had anything like it before. It almost gave a hint of Indian flavors. You can also ask them to make it a little bit spicy.😄ITS SO GOOD! 😩♥️ also, the avocado is delicious… the avocado itself is not cooked, but the toppings that give it the ‘wow’ factor are all melted over it. The truffle Mac is also extremely delicious. My taste buds just had a divine experience. ☺️

Been here 3 times already and can’t speak highly enough of this place. I’m vegan, my boyfriend is not, and this is one of the few vegan restaurants he actually proposes we visit! It’s not surprising, because the ramen is DELICIOUS, consistent, and well portioned, plus the service is fast and the owner is really friendly. It feels great to support a small business breaking into a new market.
Read moreCheck out the Yuzu Sesame Ramen, spicy (my favorite) and the Mac and truffle.. yummmmm! My boyfriend loves the Miso Ramen and miso avocado appetizer (gives them both 10/10). Also make sure to dine in restaurant so you can enjoy the ambiance and the “smoked” version of their ramens (I swear it adds an extra layer of depth!)
