Best vegan ramen in LA - Edit
The best vegan on the east coast has arrived to the west! Tried this place in Boston and it is the most poppin’ vegan ramen place in town, and was pleasantly surprised to see they recently opened a second location in Los Angeles. Extremely flavorful, creative, and filling. Got the combo with risotto rice which you dump in after you’ve finished the noodles to absorb the leftover broth. I was very hungry and I am no more! Very fast service, my pickup order was ready in less than 10 minutes. The restaurant space is cozy and trendy - perfect for any date night.

Yummmmmy - Edit
My bf and I tried this place while staying in LA. I got the spicy miso ramen with the risotto and he got the sweet spicy dry ramen. We also ordered the LA avocado roll (it was sooooo good). We ordered to-go, I did walk into the restaurant and ambience is pretty relaxed. The order was completed in like 10 minutes and the worker delivered to our car! all in all, flavors were good, it was actually filling, and i thoroughly enjoyed this vegan ramen!!!

Excellent ramen - Edit
Really enjoyed the ramen here. I had the yuzu sesame version, which was really nice but a very mild flavor. I splashed out on the combo and the miso avocado (delicious!) so it ended up being a bit pricey but if you just get the basic ramen bowl it’s not too bad. The smoking dome is a nice idea too. The guys working there were super friendly and polite. Hope this place is a big success!

Tokyo-quality ramen - Edit
No surprise, since the owner, who is super friendly and outgoing, spent 20 years there. This is the best ramen we’ve had in LA, and the miso avocado is insane too!

Some of the Best Ramen. - Edit
I’ve always loved ramen and this place hits the spot, vegan or not.
Read moreI ordered via UberEats last night so I can only speak to the quality of the food - and the quality was incredible.
We got the spicy red miso, the original miso, and the truffle salt broths. I had the spicy red miso which was super flavorful and had just the right amount of spice. My brother got the original miso. He’s not big on ramen but loved his bowl. My boyfriend got the truffle salt and finished it all in a few minutes.
I would definitely order from RedWhite again (or maybe pay them an in person visit).

Yummy & Unique! - Edit
Just went there on Wednesday and the food was really great! I tried the Yuzu Sesame Ramen with the Risotto Rice, and the Miso Avocado! It was really good and had a very unique flavor in comparison to other vegan ramen I’ve tried in LA! The Miso Avocado was also bomb! (Not sure if I’d get the risotto rice again though, it’s just white rice with vegan cheese on top.)

instantly one of the best in los angeles - Edit
these are not traditional ramen combos, they are taken into experimental and exciting directions. i mean, who puts yuzu in ramen?!? but let me tell you, it works, and this amazing place can stand proudly with the best ramen in the whole city
Read morei had:
- yuzu ramen (non-spicy) 8.5/10 (i bet if you get the spicy version it will take this to a 9 or higher)
- yuzu ramen (non-spicy with smoke (see photo)) 9/10 (the smoke adds a beautiful yet subtle complexity)
- miso avocado: 10/10 this sounded so boring on paper and it's literally heaven, i can't stop thinking about how creamy and delicious this was
basically i can't wait to go back, and i hope they do what they do in boston and let you order the broth alone, so i can try all of them and find my favorite. hurry up and go before this place has lines out the door like it does in boston!

New Top Vegan Ramen in LA - Edit
REDWHITE ramen is a Japanese owned ramen shop from Boston. They have very flavorful ramen broths that are rich and creamy. Their noodles are cooked perfectly and have a great chew to them. We tried the Truffle Shio and Yuzu Sesame (their best seller) ramens. The Truffle Shio had the perfect hint of truffle flavor that wasn’t overpowering. The Yuzu Sesame also had the perfect hint of Yuzu which was refreshing and tangy.
Read moreWe also tried their sides of Truffle Mac and Roasted Miso Avocado. The Truffle Mac was a delicious, classic Mac n Cheese with a truffle flavor. I believe the Miso Avocado is their vegan take on the Miso baked cod popularized by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. I’ve usually seen it made vegan with miso and eggplant, and while that is very good, I think Chef Kei from REDWHITE made a great choice going with avocado. The avocado replicates the butteriness of the original non-vegan counterpart.
All in all, I’m very happy that they decided to bring a location to Studio City. It’s another new vegan option in the valley to eat at. In my opinion, they have one of the best vegan ramens in LA now, and I can’t wait to try their other flavors.
Pros: Great service , Delicious food
