Tan tan ramen is the star of the menu. - Edit
Went for ramen with my partner. We enjoyed atmosphere, hip restaurant, contemporary hip hop music, neon lighting. The menu has limited vegan options - just one type of dumplings and 2 (3 if you count adding more heat to a dish) types of ramen. The tan tan ramen has thick creamy and nutty soup and the toppings were well textured, included things like corn, bamboo shoot, tomatoes. The miso ramen was tasty, it had an umami mushroom flavour, the soup was good, it wasn’t bad but the tan tan had more wow factor. Neither dish had tofu - just a heads ups. The noodles were nice and al dente. The price was £17-£19 for the vegan ramens in Williamsburg.

Cons: Bit expensive, Could add tofu. Make it more substantial, More vegan starter/side options would be nice
