Entrees are broken down into categories of deconstructed plates, pitas, laffas, salads, and rice bowls.
Vegan Proteins/Versions of these dishes are the Cauliflower and Falafel. Sabich (Eggplant-based) is also available, but egg needs to be removed to be made vegan. Salads include tabouli, israeli salad, and the market salad.
I've tried many of their options, but last visit I ordered the cauliflower pita - which is available in both a standard and spicy version. On the side, I ordered french fries with harissa ketchup - regular ketchup is available as well.
The cauliflower pita is one of the best items on the menu as it's full of flavor and super light. Sometimes I will opt for the laffa as well. Their falafel is usually very crispy and filling.
The staff at Sabaraba's is beyond nice and the food comes out fresh and hot.
Vegan sides and desserts offered include: hummus, baba ganoush, seasoned fries, majadra rice, season cauliflower, toubli salad, israeli salad, and malabi - a vegan custard flavored with rose water, topped with sweet syrup and almonds.

I had the cauliflower wrap and it was so tasty! They also have a few vegan options like cauliflower and falafel, which is great to see. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and I’d definitely come back for another wrap.
