große Auswahl und alles komplett vegan, geschmacklich unglaublich gut, nicht zu fettig, wir konnten uns kaum entscheiden, schließlich sind es Pain Suisse und Mandel-Pistazien-Croissant geworden! Im dazugehörenden Lokal auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es auch noch salzige Köstlichkeiten!

Their lamination is top-notch. We got the pain suisse, which was incredible. Also got the cinnamon bun, which had a very nice cardamom flavor. Both were available at like 3:30 (they close at five) and neither was too sweet. Everything available at the time we were there was flavored (pistachio cruffins, cinnamon croissants, etc.)—one or two on the savory side. A little pricey, but worth it. The area it’s in is very nice and worth a visit too.

The chocolate and hazelnut babka was heavenly, the hot chocolate was perfect for the slightly chilly morning, and the location was amazing. They have a small amount of seating outside, plus there are benches nearby

this bakery has really incredible vegan laminated pastries. it's a little out of the way from transit, and since we didn't have a refrigerator in our room, i didn't have a chance to try a little bit of everything aside from our choice of 4 pastries for our breakfasts that morning and the next. my mango, coconut and lime danish was a delight, so much so that bees kept following me as i walked and ate it. and the matcha and raspberry pain suisse kept well and tasted great even the next morning. i'd highly recommend if you're visiting amsterdam!

This bakery has a nice selection of sweet and savoury pastries. The pistachio cruffin we had was very very good. The pasty had such a lovely texture.

The place is small, with savory and sweet options (same shop in opposite sides of the street). The pistachio bun is really what they said: fresh, sweet and crunch. I can confirm the same for the mango/coconut one.

Great pastries for vegans and non-vegans! There is no difference from the original and the flavour combinations are great! We had the matcha pain suisse and the pistachio cruffin. Both were delicious and accompanied by a great coffee!!!

Sampled the sandwiches and the pastries, all excellent quality!
Particular highlight was the hoisin/5spice bun - divine!
Pros: Fully vegan outlet, A treat for the eyes and taste buds!

I had a croissant and a sandwich. They both were really tasty. Unfortunately, the bakery is really small with nearly no seating space, and some of the sandwiches we wanted to try were not available. Another minus point is the price, as it is quite expensive.

Everything from the service to the food were great. Almost didn't get a photo of the Danish I had. My wife ate hers before I grabbed my phone to snap her choice. Delicious selections and a quaint atmosphere.

Read moreWe tried multiple things at both and had the direct comparison of a cardamom buns and a chai latte. The cardamom bun here was good for a vegan pastry, but no comparison to margo's. The drinks are very watery.
Also there's a tip screen when paying self service.

Read moreOh my I’ve missed out. A short walk from Centraal station straight off the Eurostar and this is my heaven. Perfect roasted and prepared coffee and the best patisserie. Oh and it’s all vegan.
Expect a queue on some days but when I last visited I guessed half the people in there wouldn’t have guessed it was vegan as it was just excellent and no obvious pointers to the lack of dairy :)
The deli across the road is handy for a sandwich or a snack and doesn’t have the same wait time but also carries a few sweet things and a great hot chocolate too.
This is the bench mark for vegan sweet baking for me. It can be tempting to do a long and expensive day trip to stock up now the trains are direct from UK again.
Certain days there’s a lovely food market outside with local producers selling what they have grown. Purchased some great new potato’s from a grower that just grew potato’s …. That was his stall and great for it.
100% recommend and bench mark for me when travelling to beat
Pros: All vegan but you have to be in the know, Amazing coffee, Just perfect, I’ve been missing out
