Vegan oder nicht Vegan ? - Edit
Ich bin seit meiner Kindheit da gewesen und kenne noch die bunte Sprudelsäule und den Marienkäferstiftehalter. Seit wir vegan leben können wir wieder dorthin. Mein Mann war nun zum Essen dort und kam mit schlimmsten Krämpfen etc zurück. Es gab die Tage nichts anderes als sonst. Wir müssen davon ausgehen, das KuhmilchKäse auf der veganen Pizza war. Ganz blöd. #Veganuary

Awesome pasta dish - Edit
San Remo's menu offers many pizzas and pasta dishes. The Primavera pasta was excellent, as was the portion size.

The waitress was extremely friendly and patient.
Die Speisekarte von San Remo bietet viele Pizzen und Nudelgerichte. Die Primavera Pasta war ausgezeichnet, so auch die Portionsgröße.
Das San Remo ist ein schickerer Laden und eignet sich auch für Anlässe und zum Ausgehen.
Die Kellnerin war äußerst freundlich und geduldig.

Für Kiel ist das aber schon ne recht gute Option wenn man mal Bock auf Pizza oder halt Pasta hat😉 ✔️

Ein bisschen Meh. - Edit
Viele gut gekennzeichnete vegane Optionen. Unsere Kellnerin hatte aber entweder keine Lust auf uns oder auf Veganer und hat uns - obwohl wir vegane Hauptspeisen bestellt haben - nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass deren Bruschetta effektiv unter Parmesan begraben wird. Stand so nicht auf der Karte und kenne ich so auch nicht, aber okay. Als ich fragte ob die Spaghetti Aglio et Olio zufällig auch vegan seien, wurde ich angepampt (!), dass da natürlich Pesto drin sei. Kenne ich so auch nicht, hätte man höflicher sagen können, die veganen Nudeln, die ich dann bestellt habe waren okay. Die Pizza ist auch immer okay.

Exceeded expectations - Edit
The ambiance, selection and quality exceeded our expectations. From the outside, it does not look remarkable, but it's very nice inside and as the oldest pizza restaurant in Kiel, they know their craft.

Both pasta and pizza is available as vegan, and both taste very good! Definitely worth a visit, and they also have a delivery service.

Super viel Auswahl! - Edit
Hier gibt es echt eine Menge vegane Pizzen. Besonders cool finde ich, dass das auch Pizzen mit Ersatzprodukten dabei sind. Also z.B. veganer Schinken oder vegane Salami. Das gibt es sonst nicht mit so einer großen Auswahl.

Nice pizza, a bit expensive - Edit
I enjoyed the vegan quattro stagioni pizza, crispy and hot and well seasoned, but the two fake sausage types only differ in shape and colour, not in taste, and the vegan cheese got very sticky while the pizza cooled down. A little bit expensive as well but staff and service is very good. Feels nice to go to an Italian restaurant without having to explain why you don't want cheese on your pizza.

Read moreThe pizza is not exactly my taste, but it‘s okay. I don‘t like the vegan cheese that much. The texture of the cheese is somehow weird (in comparison to other vegan cheese i know).

Best vegan pizza in town! - Edit
We have ordered pizza online for delivery from San Remo a couple of times by now and were always very happy with our orders. They decided to not only put one vegan pizza on the menu but instead went the extra mile and gave vegans lots of choices - including classics like Pizza Hawaii. They use vegan cheese and vegan meats as well, which are quite tasty (might be homemade even?). Pizzas have a thin, delicious crust and a very decent amount of toppings. They have always been delivered hot and quite quickly.
