Read moreFrom the moment you catch the incredible waffle scent wafting outside, you know you're in for a treat! It's entirely vegan, and the flavors are so creative and rich – truly some of the best vegan ice cream I've ever had.
We sampled quite a few, and every single one was excellent. Plus, the scoops are incredibly generous!
We ended up with a triple of vanilla almond butter, pecan caramel, and sweet corn blueberry, and a double of pineapple mango and espresso brownie.
Superb is an understatement!

If I hadn't looked on here I wouldn't have known this was vegan (maybe that's deliberate?) But so many good, interesting flavours to choose from, and she was really good at letting me try several as I was struggling to decide with so much choice! I had pb&j and coconut choc in the end, it was also super filling!

We came here at Easter time and had the hot cross bun ice cream which was incredible, never tasted anything like it!! I’m pretty sure they had olive oil flavour too… but we weren’t brave enough to try that!

My non-vegan cousins went to check it out first and they reported that they didn’t think they’d have anything for me. Little did they realize that the entire selection was cashew and coconut cream. They couldn’t even tell when they tried it before they realized! Anyway, it was unbelievable. Possibly the best ice cream I’ve ever had (dairy ice creams included). It was so rich, so creamy, so flavorful. And they had real waffle cones that tasted like biscoff cookies! Enough said. I got the matcha and hot cross buns flavors, which were unbelievable.

What I’ve been searching for - Edit
Tucked away location near the isite. Delicious vegan ice cream. Have been hunting down mint-choc-chip since moving to NZ 6 months ago and can now die happy. Wasn’t big on the cone to be honest; had a bit of a cinnamon taste to it that I didn’t love. But all of the ice cream flavours looked incredible and am keen to come back and try more!

Beautiful dairy free ice cream and gluten free cones, what's not to like? When we stopped in there were about 12 core flavors and options for floats etc. The cones made in store are great and I'd happily just eat a stack of those.

The cutest wee ice cream bar in the centre of town and it is 100% vegan! Absolutely spoilt for choice - it was fantastic. Lots of interesting flavours and a great variety. Cool to see them using a variety of milks, also (definitely recommend the cashew based ice creams!). There were also a few RSF options which was pretty neat. The ice cream was delicious. Wish I could try every flavour if it weren’t for the covid restrictions.

The staff are very welcoming, they have rfs, gf and vegan options. Their scoops are large, so the price of a double scoop in a rfs, gf, vegan waffle cone is 100% worth it for the size, taste and texture. YUM!!!
