Even though it came at (minor) additional cost, it was great to see vegan dough available for manakish as I am big fan and it can be somewhat of minefield trying to make sure there are no hidden nasties. The service was quick and the items were certainly fresh. Both were equally great, which can as somewhat of surprise as the impossible bi aijine looked as though it might be a bit dry, but thankfully the appearance was deceptive. Great flavour, great value: definitely repeatable.
