Vegan Thai Tea! - Edit
The thai tea can be made vegan, which was the best discovery! It's so yummy! When we go in, we always get the vegan broth with gluten free noodles. They have great options for additional vegan toppings, and we love the hot sauce they have!

I didn't like the ramen - Edit
The vegetarian ramen (as others have stated the ramen noodles need to be replaced with rice noodles for the vegan experience) wasn't great. It had one flavor note, and that flavor wasn't good. I didn't end up finishing it. There are only two vegetarian options on the menu so I won't be back.

Not actually vegan ramen - Edit
Tried to order the only vegetarian ramen with no egg. They called and said their ramen noodles had egg and that we would need the rice noodles instead. Isn’t the point of ramen to have ramen noodles? 😡

Thought I was in Japan for a sec. - Edit
Even though there is literally only one vegetarian ramen option, the place reminds me so much of all the ramen shops I used to frequent in japan. And not to mention the ramen was delicious.

Pretty decent ramen - Edit
We got soup shack for delivery and found it to be pretty nice. The vegetable ramen was nice but could have done with being a bit more flavorful. Glad that they have vegan options on their menu though!
