"Vegetarian Tiger" operates several branches in Beijing - this one is near Qianmen station just beyond the southwest corner of Tiananmen Square. Large space with plenty of seating. Serves a la carte Chinese style soups and dishes with mushrooms, tofu, mock meats, vegetables, and noodles. Also offers option for all-you-can-eat. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-2:00pm, 5:00pm-8:00pm.

The mother of all buffets - Edit
Delicious food and very friendly staff. The buffet closes at 3pm, we arrived at 2:52 and staff made sure we understood we can stay until 4 and multiple people asked if we have had enough (we did). Leave some space for desserts, unfortunately we didn't have any sweets but the savoury options were brilliant

If you’re starving because you had trouble finding vegan food since arriving in Beijing, this is the right spot. You have to wait a bit because there is a lot of people, but then there are lot of vegan typical Chinese food. Lots of fake meat. The desserts might be a bit disappointing but we had a great time at this all-you-can-eat buffet. We ate probably too much but weren’t sick at all.

We came across this place by accident and are very happy we have found it. Amazing selection, soups, savoury dishes of different styles and deserts. All very good quality. Despite being quite full during lunchtime, the atmosphere remains nice and relaxed, too.

The selection of vegan foods is amazing, we couldn't eat enough to try everything there were so many options. There are even desserts and drinks included, everything was labelled in English but knowing it's vegan was so relaxing, you can try all the different Chinese flavours without worrying what's inside. A really nice place and affordable price

I was so blown away by this place!! Went twice and would happily have gone again. They have a ridiculous amount of options and honestly I was in heaven 😍😍😍 From mains to snacks to desserts to drinks it was all there. Plus it was really yum food 💯

Not only was it cheap, but also it had the most amount of options I've ever encountered. Everything was so delicious I can't even choose my favourite dish. The very best of Chinese cuisine for vegetarians. Drinks included in the price.

They have over 130 vegan dishes, ranging from savory to sweet. Everything from noodles, mashed potatoes, steamed buns, hamburgers, tacos, hotpot, mock meats, to almond cake, mochi, and dumplings. They’ve truly got it all. The food was all excellent, I had three plates. 78 rmb (about $11USD) for all you can eat is an amazing deal. Cannot recommend this place enough! Also has a small section of things you can buy to go if you need snacks for something like a trip to the Great Wall!

Ate here a few times as it was convenient and all vegan.

As usual with buffets, the food isn't super hot but it is good.
We arrived late one night when they had started clearing away all the food but they let us in for less than half the price and brought us some food over including 20 dumplings each and almost an entire cake that had been leftover.
Staff were very helpful and kind.

This place was absolutely amazing. Make sure you are hungry because honestly there was so much food and it was all amazing. It’s costs about $17 AUD for all you can eat. Has mock meats, sweets, drinks and some western food.

I was like a kid in a candy shop at this place! 75RMB (around AUD$15) for all you can eat buffet with so much variety. Almost everything I tried was delicious. They have everything you could possibly want: mock meats, dumplings, skewers, soups, stir fries, curries, buns, noodles, juices, soft serve ice cream, desserts, fruit. I wish I'd taken more photos but I was too busy eating! Easy to find location too.

There is one person who speaks English. The signs are only in Chinese - but its no problem with a Translation App and in my opinion it doesn't really matter what's in it, because it's all vegan. the dishes were super tasty and very exciting.
Highly recommend Vege Tiger!
They have also a small store with some sweets and bakery stuff.
Pros: Large buffet, very large selection of Chinese Food, Cheap , Nearly everything was delicious

Both my teenage daughter and I loved this place. Lots of choice. I wish I could have tried it all! Highly recommended. Just note they close early - at 8pm!
