Sanctuary - Edit

This was such a fantastic stop in Cape Breton. Everything was all Vegan and Monica serving was a delight. I had the matcha latte with oat milk and it tasted great and authentic. It was made with their delicious house made vanilla syrup! I had the maca cocoa with goji berry energy balls which was a nice treat to go with my matcha! They have lots of juices and smoothies on the menu. I had wished I could have ordered the healthy food but unfortunately it wasn’t prepared as it was the start of the week. I suggest calling ahead if you’re going there specially for a meal. I hope to be able to come back to try the food if I’m ever travelling in the area again. It’s definitely a haven in the area for vegans so I would highly recommend supporting this local business. The service was top tier and she was super friendly and knowledgeable with all of our questions!
