Was happy to find that the staff was very knowledgeable about the menu, let me know that they do not use fish sauce and if I wanted something that used a broth that wasn’t vegetable, they could use vegetable instead. Literally made to order.
Read moreI had the Tgv’s Garden Delight with Tofu & rice and an order of veggie rolls. All delicious.
Pros: Staff knowledgeable on ingredients & suggestions, Multiple vegan options or some can be modified. , Taste great!

Favorite Thai Spot! - Edit
The owner/team here was so accommodating and very knowledgeable of their menu. They don’t use fish sauce in their pad Thai which is awesome and kind of rare to find! They even let me bring my own container for my to-go order so I could reduce my plastic use. Their tofu is always perfect and crispy! And they don’t mess around with spice! I order a level 5 everywhere but here, I can only handle a 4 and I love that.
