They are trying!

Thai Kuu has a nice ambiance and the server was great. They have vegan options on the menu, and are accommodating, but they’ve still got work to do. We ordered vegan spring rolls, vegan Thai iced tea, vegan Panama Curry, and vegan Pad Thai. The spring rolls and iced tea were fantastic. The Pad Thai came with eggs in it. When I noticed and told her she was very apologetic and they brought me a corrected Pad Thai. It was beautiful with mango and carrot shreds and tasty veggies throughout the noodles. The food could have more flavor, and I think it’s because they haven’t quite figured out vegan. When you go and order, make sure you clarify what they should exclude to make it vegan, just in case.
