Delicious stuffed eggplant

I don’t write reviews but I enjoyed this dish so much I had to add the restaurant to Happy Cow just so I could rave about it. I was looking for a quick bite to take back to my hotel room and stumbled upon this place. The stuffed eggplant was well balanced and full of flavor with just the right amount of heat. There were a couple other vegan options and if I was here longer I would have loved to try them.
