The cauliflower sandwich was delicious and fresh. It came with a vegan ranch drizzle. Fresh and flavorful.

Stopped in but didn’t stay to eat - Edit
This restaurant has a rotating menu that changes with the seasons. When we stopped in, there was only one vegan item and it didn’t sound appetizing (ba minh sandwich made with a quinoa black bean burger). Friendly staff.

Just okay, but an option in the area - Edit
I wasn’t super impressed with the food. Their website advertised vegan/vegetarian options and highlighted a black bean burger and quesadilla. Menu rotates seasonally, and neither one of those were on the menu. The only options they had were the Buffalo cauliflower sandwich and vegan cheese pizza. We got the sandwich and pizza for the kids. We had to order it for to go because there wasn’t enough seating inside for our party (it’s very limited). When we came back to pick up (after 45 mins), they made the pizza with regular cheese, so we had to wait an additional 25 mins to get that. I personally wasn’t a fan of the pizza and the sandwich is just okay. Unfortunately, there aren’t many options in the area.

I had the Buffalo Cauli sandwich which was amazing! They had the sandwich & pizza as options. They could get a couple more things but it may be seasonal. Everything was freshly made, this is not fast food!

Hidden gem - Edit
So pleased to find this place in an area without many vegan options- and they had several. I had a black bean burger that included vegan cheese (marked vegetarian on the menu but confirmed vegan) and it was tasty. My son had the vegan Mac and cheese - he thought it was pretty tasty even if it showed up without the advertised bread crumbs and herbs. Service is was slow, but very friendly. Could have just been a random staffing issue. They also had a vegan black bean quesadilla option and a miso mushroom sandwich and entree option. I would definitely recommend this place and would try it again if I’m in the area.
