In Spain bake shops like Thomas' are rare gems, offering a wide variety of traditionally handcrafted goods. Their breads are fermented over at least 16 hours and include specialities like beetroot, curcuma, whole grain, buckwheat and more. I love the texture and authentic taste of their Laugenstangen and adore their fig nut bread which might be hands down the best I've ever tried. Also their bagels and focaccia pretzels are really good. Vegan options are clearly labelled and the owners are kind.
