A very good vegan meal - Edit
We had Fried Tofu as an appetizer and the veggie ramen as our main. The waiter confirmed they were vegan and both were great! The tofu with peanuts and scallions had a smoky-sweet sauce that all together was a great bite. The tofu was nicely, lightly fried and moist inside, not dry. The ramen had a rich mushroom and miso broth (mix it up) with a different flavor fried tofu and a lot of nice, and varied veggies adding flavor, interest and texture. The noodles were pleasant. We will be back to try the Bao and rice bowl!

Finally! - Edit
Interesting vegan options are few in Falmouth, and honestly it’s been hard to find good Asian food here as well. This place scratches two itches in that it has excellent flavor and is veggie and vegan friendly. Some dishes might have secret non-vegan ingredients—for example, the kimchi in the veggie ramen has fish—but servers are knowledgeable. The drinks are good too.

Servers are friendly and vegan-aware. The buns and ramen use milk, their spicy mayo isn’t vegan, and the kimchi uses fish sauce. But the rice bowl with tofu with veggies and their homemade chili crisp was excellent.

Disappointing! I was told the ramen was vegan! Maybe not as vegan aware as we thought. 😣

More good vegan options than most places in town and thank god they involve no hummus - Edit
This is a fairly new cafe in Falmouth. The location isn't great compared to some of the cafes at the other end of main street but noodles are always delicious and a ramen place with a few vegan options is a welcome addition to a restaurant-heavy but very non-vegan town.
Read moreThe veg ramen was pretty good, and the broth was really flavourful and delicious as were the pickles (though the kimchee is fishy, beware). Very friendly service as well.
It's the expensive end of "moderate" and it's a little hard for me to feel OK about spending that amount of money on a bowl of ramen, but at the same time, if you are a vegan wanting to go out to eat in Falmouth then this is a great option.
Pros: Good vegan selection relative to nearby places, Noodles welcome! , Tasty food
Cons: Not great location, A little on the expensive side
