Decent Airport Option - Edit
Pleasantly surprised to discover this option at Pearson. Only had one option with the vegan taco, but it was better than surviving on snacks during our layover.

The only clear thing on the menu was the vegan tacos. They were delicious and available in a sit down environment.

Great options for an airport. Vegan tacos were very good. Also a veggie bowl option. Several sides available as well.
