Long Lecture - Edit

I scheduled a private tour for two people. The tour guide Vance was extremely knowledgeable. However, he wasn't very engaging. For example, Vance didn't introduce himself or ask us to introduce ourselves. Vance talked non-stop for over 1.5 hours, but didn't even ask if we had any questions. The walking route itself was very disappointing. Instead of visiting relevant places, we walked a seemingly random route, stopping arbitrarily to "pause." Overall, we walked 1.76 miles in 98 minutes (only 44 minutes actually walking), but only visited one relevant point of interest, and saw two others from a distance even though we could have easily crossed the street. It was 36 degrees and windy, so we were cold, but Vance often "paused" in the shade instead of the sun. Vance also walked into oncoming traffic a few times instead of waiting for the crosswalk signal. The route should be completely redesigned, or the walking tour should be changed to an indoor lecture.

Obsessed!!! - Edit

I’m literally going to take my parents to Philly again JUST so I can take them on a walking tour (and go on it again myself). The guide was so knowledgeable, and clearly so much effort was put into the preparation of the tour. The Center itself was really lovely too. Love the Philly vegan scene!
