Eviva Vegan Istanbul! - Edit
That was the first eatery we visited in Instanbul, and the experience was pretty unexpected. Nice lady at the counter explained us in English that we can create sets containing 3 or 4 components, which is great cos we were able to try 3 meals at once. The price was really low tho. Each component was a few levels higher than the versions I had eaten before. I personally recommend dolmas which were juicy, fresh & full of taste, couscous salad (even if you don't like groats & salads, for real) with some fruity ingredient which made it suprisingly delicious, and seitan which was the best seitan I've eaten in my life (and I've eaten a lot of seitan in my life). If the owners only find a better way to store falafels (which were unfortunately dry), this place will become unbeatably best eatery in Istanbul. To the owners: we really wanted to come back but the place was closed on Sunday.

Fresh & delicious - Edit
Amazing! Such lovely staff and delicious food! Everything was so fresh and tasty! I was happy with my choices even if halfway I realised I got so excited by all the choices and my eyes are bigger than my stomach. I soldiered through. It is a buffet style with no set menu, just a choose from the available dishes and enjoy!

authentic vegan dream - Edit

Delicious Homemade Vegan Food - Edit
It’s like entering your aunt and uncles home and kitchen. Warm welcome once you enter and go downstairs. We had soya meatloaf, manti pasta, carrot salad, and beans. We took soya lamajun home for lunch the next day. It was delicious.

Good home cooked meal - Edit
First I was confused whether the place I entered is actually the restaurant. (Go downstairs to choose your plate.) But what it lacks in interior is made up tenfold through the quality and taste of the various dishes, as well as the owners' humbleness. The moment I tasted the food, it reminded me of mama's cooking.

Homemade food - like your momma cooked it! Although opens at 11 - arrive at 11:30 in order for the buffet style service to be ready. Lots of buffet options and you can choose a few to be added to your plate. Plus homemade kombucha!

A simple restaurant with real food! You choose from the various options available on the day. Homemade and local food, just what we were looking for. Well served portions, the price is very affordable and the owners are very kind. The baklava is also a must, great with Turkish tea.

Cute family business and tasty options - Edit
Definitely a stop to make if you are in the karakoy district.
Read moreThey have different menu formulas and they are all equally convenient. The food is what one usually eats even in the same Turkish households and the portions are generous.
The only small flaw is that some dishes are slightly too oily but the food is so fresh that you don't feel heavy afterwards.
Among the things I liked best was the borek with spinach and I would have liked to try the dumplings (manti) which were unfortunately finished.
Special mention goes to the chocolate cake, in fact as soon as we finished the first slice we immediately ordered another one. It was very light, juicy and simply perfect (with a cup of their tea even better).
The business is run by a very helpful family, and the place is very nice.

Food is very good. Service was very friendly and good. Also very affordable and good portions. The only reason that it isn’t a 5 star is because some of the options were very oily.
