I was not clear if the restaurant was vegan or not. I did ask about recommendations from the clerk and he told me he did not know what to recommend because he is not vegan himself... The flavors were bland and the dishes were expensive.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your food. It is not possible to make it to everyone's flavor preference. We are not a fully vegan restaurant because we could not pay the bills if we were. So, yes, we do offer meat options as well. But we offer a full size vegan menu and cook separately so your meal will always be fully vegan. If you asked me what is ordered most, I could give you an idea, but I like to be truthful, and since I am not vegan personally, I could not in good faith recommend something to you based on what I like, which is what you asked me. If you ever did want to try us again, we have many sauces and seasonings to make sure your food is not bland, just ask and we will happily provide what you ask for.

I triple checked that my pad Thai would be vegan. Got to hotel and all it tasted like was fish. Do they think we can’t taste fish sauce? Had 2 bites (just to confirm) and couldn’t eat it. $20 down the drain. Argh.

Pros: Fresh rolls were OK, not great.
Cons: NOT VEGAN even when they said so. , Very mediocre dipping sauce for rolls., Sauce was separating like made days ago.

-You should not LIE to the community just to trash a restaurant. You say "all it tasted like was fish" and "Do they think we can't taste fish sauce?" That is a flat out lie. As I told you when you ordered, WE DO NOT USE FISH SAUCE IN ANYTHING. That goes for any dish we serve in the restaurant because most Americans don't like it. So, we made it a policy 5 years ago to not use it. We don't even keep it in the restaurant. I challenge you to come here any time and find it in the building. So it is physically impossible that it was in your food. Your comment is very upsetting to me because I spent a lot of time educating myself about vegans and strict vegans so I could create a menu that would comply with a strict vegan standard all the way down to vegan sugar and learning why almond milk is not vegan. We take it seriously at my restaurant. As for the sauce, we make it fresh daily. It has a lot of oil and separates in about 5 minutes just like a vinegar and oil salad dressing. Just shake it.

I really appreciated the wide selection on the vegan menu. We had the tom yum and sriracha vegetables, both with tofu and both medium spicy.
Read moreThe level of heat was perfect and everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. The tom yum had a wonderful lemongrass flavor and the sriracha vegetables were wonderful with lots of tofu, cabbage, carrots, and the star of the show, broccoli.
We had a nice chat with the owners, and it was clear that they wanted to do vegan right and not take shortcuts.
Pros: Wide selection, Seasoned to perfection, Everything was very fresh

We door dashed - lots of options. We tried the tom yum soup, pad see ew, pumpkin curry, sweet and sour curry, dumplings and salad rolls. All excellent

This is in a restaurant with a nonvegan menu as well, so not a completely vegan venue. The pad Thai was tasty and would definitely go with their noodle or rice dishes here. The tom kha soup was the worst I’ve ever had. $17 and it tasted like straight up coconut milk and corn starch. Had to use the lime from the pad Thai to give it any depth of flavor.

If you had let us know that you were unhappy with the soup, we would have done whatever we could to make you happy. No need to stay quiet, then go here and trash us. Also, we do have mock meats available on request, not just tofu.

Lots of options. I got the pad se ew, chow mein, and spring rolls. Spring rolls were a bit overpriced as did not have tofu, were just the greens. Pad se ew and Chow mein were both decent and reasonably priced. Was really nice not needing to specify any modifications

I'm sorry you feel our spring rolls were overpriced, as they are about the same price as all the local restaurants, but ours are about TWICE the size. And we can add tofu on request. Glad you enjoyed the rest.
