I didn’t enjoy my meal. There was far too much salt. Some of the staff were pretty blunt and rude and not easy to communicate with. They charged me €3 for water even though I asked for tap, and €2 to sit in the restaurant. I felt like they were just doing this because I was a tourist. Wouldn’t go back

E’ il nostro ristorante di fiducia, ci andiamo molto spesso, anche grazie agli sconti sempre presenti, messo per far conoscere il posto a tutti. Secondi, fritti e le nuove pinse oltre che i dolci, sono il top, mentre i primi hanno una spinta meno forte rispetto a prima (parere personale, sono ugualmente buoni). Struttura stile industrial con effetto Lounge; camerieri e titolare alla mano, e sempre molto carini. Super consigliato

nice vegan pinsa on the expensive side - Edit
We used the delivery service and we choose 2 pinsa: Arezzo, with broccoli cream, truffle cream, veg cheeses and pine nuts and Tropea, with tomato sauce vegan tuna, vegan mozzarella and onions.
Read moreUnfortunately we had problems with the delivery, and our dishes came very cold, so we had to put them in the oven for a while.
Despite this problem i really appreciate my pinsa and I liked my partner's one (even if I'm not a fan of faux tuna, I found it impressive in all senses!).
We also take two desserts, the pistachio cream pie and the millefoglie with cream... I think that it was because they put them close to the pinsas but they came almost half melted.
Anyway, also the desserts were not impressive as they both taste like almond (probably they were prepared with almond milk).
Summing up: the pinsas we eat was very tasty, the desserts were not so good, food is on the expensive side, they should improve the home delivery service.
I will surely try the restaurant in person as they offer also first and second courses and I will update my review.

Finally I tried the restaurant with a group of friends, taking advantage of a promotion.
Anything we tried was good and well prepared, staff has been very friendly and attentive, one of my friends is coeliac, and she received extra cares from the waiters.
We had fried pumpkin flowers, full of vegan cheese and olive cream, vegan olive ascolane, vegan supplì and croquettes, vegetable tempura for starter; everything was freshly prepared and crunchy. Then I choose red turnip gnocchi with courgettes cream, delicious, and I tried from my friends the pumpkin risotto, that was really good. Than we shared a dish of polpette (vegan “meat” balls), served with a very satisfying tomatoes sauce. This time I couldn’t try the desserts as I was too full, unfortunately, by they offered was varied and interesting (and looked so good!)
As the discount was quite high I can’t give an opinion on the expense, but what we tried was very tasty!

Chic place for wine and vegan food - Edit
I arrived after at 18:30, which is after the opening hours stated on their website (they said it opens at 18:00) , but the place was empty, and they told me they only serve an appetizer and drinks until 19:30. Since I don’t drink wine or alcohol, it was clear that I am not their typical client--which they confirmed, noting that most of their customers are not vegan.

Amazing Italian-style vegan restaurant - Edit
Super impressed with this place! Local to our accommodation, we ventured here for a classic pizza/pasta experience. Started with a ‘cutting board for 2’ with vg meats, cheeses, veggies & olives. Then we had pizzas, an ‘America’ (hot dogs & potato slices) and a ‘Vienna’ (veggie sausage & mushroom). Our server was super polite and welcoming to us English folk.

Delicious pinzas cooked in wood oven - Edit
Large selection of pinzas, with three types of dough/impasto. We tried those with whole flour and with Alga Spirulina, and both were very good. Nice toppings for the one we choose, Ancona and Napoli. We didn't try those with the vegan mozzarella mozzarisella (made with rice milk) as we are not a fan of that. Slightly Ddsappointed that Ancona came without spinancino but with a type of leaf salad instead but it was still very good and generously dressed.

Besides some fried appetisers we didn't try the other courses so can't comment on that. Vegan olive ascolane were top notch, among the best I had. Service a bit slow. Drinks good not amazing.

Not sure why the negative reviews. I turned up around 6pm (early, I know), had a really good pizza and a wheat beer for less than €20. Staff were really friendly and my stop there was an oasis in amongst a hot and busy day. Pizza base was perfect, artichokes fresh, no complaints at all.

le pizze non sono pizze,ma pinse comprate al supermercato ,che vengono farcite con i vari menù e vendute a prezzi troppo alti. imparate a fare la pizze soprattutto quando sul menù c'è scritto così .numero due ,il" buffet" era povero di fantasia e tutto invecchiato perche probabilmente era stato fatto qualche ora prima e a contatto con l'aria si è rovinato tutto,i prezzi mi hanno sbalordito 2,50 all'etto ?(discutibile )ma poi in piedi davanti a tutti devi chiamare qualcuno farti pesare il piatto,infatti mai nessuno si é avvicinato al tavolo del buffet,nel tagliere per due persone si poteva fare molto di più ,uniche cose che ci sono piaciute sono i supplì e fiori di zucca .

L'ho scoperto per caso sui social, non avevo ben chiaro se si trattasse di una pizzeria o di un ristorante o cocktail bar. È un insieme di tutto. Puoi scegliere tra un buffet a peso, tra varie pinse con tre impasti diversi, e qualche piatto di rivisitazione cucina romana. In generale è stata un'esperienza piacevole, perché cercavo proprio una pizzeria con varietà vegane.

Arriviamo nel locale dove c'erano 45⁰, ci sediamo e ordiniamo, la cameriera, molto deliziosa, prende l'ordine e ci porta le birre che purtroppo erano calde e le pinze ordinate non hanno rispecchiato l'idea che ci eravamo fatti, scondite (poco farcite), piccole per il prezzo e il condimento non si sentiva moltissimo, però l'impasto in compenso era buono e leggero. Passiamo al dolce, una selezione di tre fette di torta del giorno, non ci sono piaciute neanche quelle, la frolla delle crostate erano molli e poco friabili e il gusto della crema era chimico. Abbiamo parlato solo della cucina del locale la parte peggiore era il chiasso provocato da tre bambini lasciati liberi senza controllo da parte dei genitori, uno di loro ha lanciato una forchetta al tavolo a fianco rompendo un bicchiere di vetro e i genitori non si sono neanche degnati di chiedere scusa, pessimo!

Questo posto rappresenta il problema principale delle attività vegane in Italia: ottimi prodotti e buone preparazioni in generale, ma questo non giustifica prezzi così alti. Capisco la posizione, la grandezza del locale, le serate musicali, ma effettivamente è tutto e non è niente, un locale con poca personalità, con un buffet che costa 18 euro a piatto. L’impegno che c’è dietro è tanto ma non è sicuramente un locale destinato a durare nel tempo e mi dispiace.

Veramente super questa nuova apertura! Ci sono capitato un mercoledì sera dopo averlo trovato qui su Maps, eravamo in due e ci hanno accolti appena superato l'ingresso. Il locale mi è sembrato rilassante nello stile e nei colori, spazioso e con soffitti alti che personalmente apprezzo molto.

Quella sera spaziava da preparazioni più orientaleggianti e primi di pasta, tante verdure cotte in vario modo e piatti belli potenti con seitan o tofu per chi ne volesse. Sono rimasto davvero colpito positivamente, soprattutto per la gentilezza e un cuoco è pure venuto di persona a rispondermi su una domanda che avevo riguardo il buffet! Spero continuino così, sicuramente ci ripasso anche perché eravamo pieni con un piatto del buffet e una pinsa a metà...il dolce lo lasciamo per un' altra volta!
