Vegan options but hard to access online - Edit
I got a Paneer taco swapped for tofu w no crema and a cauliflower taco without queso. Both were hella good but you can't customize your order (swap for tofu) online like that, only at the register or on the phone I guess.

I liked these tacos a lot. There are 4 vegetarian options that can be made vegan. I got 1 mushrooms taco and a tofu taco and they were both excellent! The classic guac is vegan. Make sure you order your tacos with corn tortillas, the flour ones are not vegan.

Came here several times always asking for the vegan Nashville taco and today the lady told me only the corn tortillas are vegan when they’ve been serving me the flour tortilla all other times
