Mamma Mia! - Edit
Really nice place. Enjoyed our meal. Shared a pizza and pasta dish with my partner as well as the Garlic focaccia. Everything was quality and tasted great. Hardest part was deciding what to order! Would come back again.

How lovely it is to go out with your friends and family for dinner and simply order something off the menu without compromising, double checking, requesting, scheming, rearranging, and complaining! This is the joy of dining at Vitalias. Its wonderfully uncomplicated.

This place has quite a large separate vegan menu with multiple starters, pizzas, pastas, risottos, and gnocchi dishes.
Read moreI had the Campania pizza which was delicious, and my partner had the gnocchi barbabietole. We could taste that the gnocchi was cooked with coconut cream which my partner wasn't a huge fan of, but i thought it was also quite tasty. The mango sorbet was also very nice.
The only downside is it is a little expensive, but we were on vacation so it didn't bother us much.
Very happy about the number of vegan options available and would definitely go back if I find myself in Cairns again.

Extensive vegan menu - Edit
The vegan menu here is as large as the menu at any Omni restaurant, and obviously way better. Their vegan pizzas are all great, using just toppings, tomato and hand made dough.
Read moreWe had the beetroot gnocchi and the Umbria pizza. The beetroot gnocchi had a unique flavour that was deep, but a little bit sweet. Felt like a fancy treat.
I’d love to see more vegan desserts here.

I ordered the beetroot gnocchi and regret it. It was good but definitely not worth 32 AUD. The pizza was awesome! so rather go for the that. To me, best vegan pizza in town

The vegan menu is as big as a full size menu. Lots of choices of starters, pizzas, risotto, pastas, gnocchi. Plenty of gluten-free options too. The beetroot gnocchi was amazing.

We were surprised to find an entire vegan menu at Holloway’s beach. The pasta was great and the wine was also fantastic.

The first time I went to Vitalia's was before they had their vegan menu, and the meal I got was average. Just recently went again to try their vegan menu and although very expensive (probably the most I have ever paid), it was so delicious. Highly recommended as most restaurants open for dinner in Cairns are pizza or Asian, it was nice to get something different

We had the spaghetti amalfitani and the Umbria prisa as mains, and also the bruschetta fungui as starter. The food was really good and the service was great. The menu is huge for a vegan menu and everything seems delicious we had a hard time deciding.
