Vegan fine dining - Edit
Had an amazing family dinner - they have a lot of gluten free options. Everything was delicious, especially the buckwheat pancakes. Great vegan wines by the glass as well - and also the first time I see a vegan pavlova - a bit too sweet for my taste but ana amazing achievement in itself.

Home made, fresh and Delicious - Edit
This was our last meal in athens and it was fantastic, exactly what we needed before a flight. We had the kale salad, smoky burger and blue cheese pasta. The smoky burger was ultimate comfort and exactly what I needed without feeling bloated afterwards. It had a bit of a street food take which was interesting since the atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant was more of a tailored dining experience. All ingredients are made in house!! My partner got the blue cheese pumpkin pasta which was rich with blue cheese flavour and texture. Feel like that's said a lot but the flavour was very strong, aged for 2 months in store. Modern and healthy take on a homey mac and cheese. Finished it off with the pavlova which was light and filled with flavour.

We ate here in September 2022 - we had the Indonesian Bowl and Dynamite, it was a lovely change from eating souvlaki and gyros (nothing wrong with either of those of course!) the atmosphere was great and although the prices were a little higher than other restaurants in the area, the food and service made it worth the price.

The Best vegan restaurant we have been to - Edit
Very special dishes - each of them unique and seasoned amazingly. It is clear they have a wonderful, experienced chef with a very unique vision. You can take your non vegan friends too - the food is delicious. It is by far the absolute best vegan restaurant we have been to, even outside of Greece.

We got ‘not a cheese burger’ and Indonesian rice. It was not bad, but we have eaten much tastier and cheaper at other vegan restaurant in Athens. The matcha tea was in tea bags, which is it good.

As a vegetarian finding Winners was like a gift from Heaven. The food is not only delicious and creatively put together but presented like a work of art. The balance of flavours and textures is amazing; the organic ingredients shine through. If you are non-vegetarian I can guarantee you will not miss the meat. The chef, Alkis, is simply a genius and great soul and a more respectful and polite staff you won’t find anywhere else 🙂

We would highly recommend any vegans going to Athens to book Niki Athens hotel, of which Winners is attached, and we will definitely do so again next time we visit the city.

You pick one dish from each of the three sections, and they are all brought out at together with tea/coffee/juice- so for example I had the super berry granola with coconut yoghurt, the garden fry, AND the blueberry pancakes one day, and the yoghurt and fruits, tofu avocado toast and sweet potato brownies another day. The garden fry, pancakes and brownies were my favourite. I'd hoped for more exotic fruits like watermelon.
The hotel staff were very friendly and gave helpful suggestions.
We loved our dinner in the restaurant, it was expensive, around 18e a meal, but again the food was delicious and worth it. Not traditional Greek food but one of our favourite meals on holiday. We had the smashed smoky beyond burger which was much better than your usual beyond burger, and the Hawaiian Bowl with marinated watermelon, edamame, nori, sushi rice and sriracha mayo was absolutely delicious.
Pros: Delicious Food, Plenty of Choices for Breakfast and Dinner, Friendly Staff
Cons: Expensive but Worth It, Cocktails may not be worth the price, No Traditional Greek Options but still delicious

The experience was fantastic all around. The service was outstanding, the owner even came to the table and chatted with us for a while, so sweet!!! Phenomenal atmosphere. The menu was very creative and broad, (but not too many options that leaves you overwhelmed).

Read moreThis was just the tasty, healthy meal we need after coming from the UK. The dynamite chicken was to die for!
Everything is fresh, organic and locally sourced or homemade.
There is some comments saying this is expensive and it may be for Europe but these prices are pretty standard in Australia so for a fine dining experience, this was actually cheap for us.
We will definitely be back!
