With Green is one of the chain salad bars in Tokyo and there are about 20 seats in this Ebisu branch.
Read moreCurrently they have two vegan salads on the menu (10種の野菜が入った1日分のまるごとサラダ with 10 kinds of vegetables & 塩麹しめじとビーンズの食物繊維サラダ with shimeji mushrooms marinated in salted rice malt, beans and tofu) and their lemon dressing is vegan, but you can also customize your own salad or add toppings to the regular salads.
I had a size M of the mushroom one (1090 yen), which was served chopped and quite voluminous.
You can ask for a free piece of bread, but it contains dairy.
