Great wellness center - Edit
The food is abundant and delicious. If you don’t like all the options at a meal, there is always a salad bar with a lot of veggies and usually edamame or quinoa. This is a very social place, it is easy to meet other travellers.
Read moreThe classes are mostly for debutant and they are great to get to learn different styles of yoga and meditation. There a usually 7 classes a day and they are quite diversified throughout the week. They repeat after a week with a different schedule. I stayed 7 days and I really loved my experience. You can choose which classes you want to go to, relax at the pool and use the sauna and cold plunge (it’s not ice cold). Unlimited coffee, tea, infusions, cacao and drinking water.
The dorms are very quiet, peaceful and clean. I had a balcony which was great when I needed a moment to be on my own. They were cleaned everyday.
Pros: Local friendly staff , Peacefulness of the resort
Cons: There is not always a lot of protein , No food between 1pm and 6pm

Great place to stay - Edit
We stayed here for 4 nights. It cost just over £100 a night for both of us in a private double room with en-suite, inclusive of food and activities (yoga, rebirthing, kirtan etc). The activities were very good but the aerial yoga studio was out of use (being refurbished) & a lot of the classes were packed full- better when they had parallel classes as it distributed out the numbers more. The facilities are nice- pool, steam room, plunge pool, places to relax. Food was great- all vegan, plant based, no mock meats, and a good variety. Buffet was between 9-1 and 6-8 but could eat three meals. Access to tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc throughout. Can pay for extras like chocolate, ice cream and smoothies. Could arrive as early as you wanted and leave as late as you wanted to make full use of activities and facilities, and free shuttle included. Would fully recommend a stay here

Amazing food - Edit
I stayed for 5 nights and the food every day was incredible. Sushi Sundays. Banana pancakes for breakfast. The vegan pesto is incredible and the falafel, hummus and eggplant dip was another fav. I really enjoyed all the yoga classes as all the instructors were great. The flexibility and mobility class with Tamara was the funniest one and I would recommend it!

I could get used to this. - Edit
We stayed here from Sunday to Wednesday, as we were checking in a thoughtful person came over with two glasses of fruity water, we were then invited to enjoy lunch before being shown to our apartment. This place is amazing, not only are the employees wonderful, the place itself is beautiful, we spent most of our time poolside, a mix of swimming, reading and eating. The food is delicious, varied and plentiful. The banana pancakes at breakfast are a must, we were always happy with the food options especially knowing it's all vegan. As this is a resort and not a restaurant I won't list everything we ate but I doubt any vegan would be disappointed. Highly recommend this place.

Best meal on the island - Edit
It is worth visiting this place just to soak up the incredible atmosphere and beauty of this retreat.
Read moreA meal at there buffet will set you back 500 baht, but it was the best meal I had on the island.
I had an incredible salad, pad Thai, curry and fruits for dessert.
The quality of food and variety was incredible, it is so worth the price, absolutely amazing.
Note if they are at full occupancy in the retreat they may not allow you to eat, also they specify that you must know someone at the retreat or be invited. So head in there with a smile and a good heart and I’m sure you can talk your way into an incredible meal.
Pros: Amazing buffet, Beautiful place, Best Meal

A friend and I came following a review that mentioned a 300 baht price.

As we had travelled for half hour we stayed but we were quite put off by the price and the reception.
The food was lovely and the girls working in the restaurant very helpful.
Pros: Lovely food and nice staff working at the restaura
Cons: Rude reception lady, Quite expensive for Thai standards

Fantastic Vegan Buffet in stunning location - Edit
The food at Wonderland is Wonderful!
Read moreBreakfast buffet highlights: home made granola, vegan banana pancakes, almond milk and coconut milk, lots of fresh tropical fruit. They also have a good selection of freshly made pesto's, cashew cheese & red pepper spread for toast. Really great breakfast.
Lunch & Dinner buffet options are different every day, and always excellent. Thai curries, lots of mixed vegetable dishes, wild rice, salad bar, and always lots of fruit. Very homely, tasty cooking. They also occasionally serve the best home made tahini, hummus & pita breads I've had outside of Europe.
The fresh shakes and juices are delicious, and kombucha and coconuts are also available. They sometimes have amazing raw vegan cakes, ice creams and chocolates too.
It's extremely well priced for the quality and variety of dishes, 250 Bht! And with that, you can also use the lovely pool and sauna. It's worth the journey out of Thong Sala or Srithanu to experience the food here.
Pros: Excellent food, huge selection of dishes & styles, Very friendly staff, Use of swimming pool & sauna a big plus!
Cons: A little further out of Srithanu
