Plastic free food stuffs and household items plus wonderful lunches!

A great shop selling a large variety of food including herbs, spices, fruit and veg, whole food staples and more. Bring your own container or use theirs. They also have plastic free household items, e.g. wax food wraps, bamboo toothbrushes, locally made soaps, local milk in glass bottles. The weighing process is very easy to use, and staff are very friendly and helpful.
Some items a touch expensive but many are not. Well worth visiting and supporting a very ethical business, and a planet which needs all the help we can give.
Recently introduced salad lunches which are imaginative, nutritious and very delicious. And reasonably priced too. Also have breads, sometimes cakes, always coffee (bring your own cup if you can) and ice-cream. Eat in or take out.

Great options of zero plastic and vegan food

I’m so excited this shop has opened in Monmouth! Finally we have a zero waste shop! It’s great, and has so many good options majority being vegan 😍

Pros: Very cheap, Great selection, Zero waste
