Ultimate vegan comfort food

The food was incredible it satisfied all of our cravings. The steak quesadillas and beefsteak were incredible. My boyfriend is not vegan but he they tasted even better than real meat. The environment is nice and welcoming.

Pros: All vegan, Comfort food, Tasted 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Cons: Hard to find parking, Too much waste , Plastic cutlery and packaging

SUSTITUTO CARNICO

Abiertos en Abril del 21, hay que concederles valor. Y bisoñez también. He comido en decenas de restaurantes veg, pero ninguno como este. No tienen verduras. Parten de la premisa de que, en Puerto Rico, las verduras no tienen aceptación, y por eso lo que venden son platos típicos de Puerto Rico con alternativas no cárnicas. Y, la presentación, en formato para llevar a casa.
La comida la suministran y preparan en el restaurante de al lado, de fast food (Maui's great burger) , pre-existente a este y algo así como asociados.
Tuvimos que luchar denonadamente para que nos pusieran una ensalada de tamaño normal, no una side salad; al final 2 side salad por casi 20$. Carisimos algunos platos como la ensalada dicha o una pasta que parecía de lata de supermercado por casi la misma cantidad (20$), aunque ya se sabe que en PR la comida es cara. Sentí vergüenza ajena.
Es decir, si quieres comer sano, este no es tu restaurante. Si quieres fast food vegan, acertarás.

No pongo menos puntuación por la atención de la Srta. que fue muy correcta, y el servicio, rápido.

Lo mejor, el plato "mixto", rico y equilibrado y por precio justo.


Globalmente no lo recomiendo.

So good!

Everything was amazing!!! We had the pasteles, alcapurrias, and arroz con gandules. It was all so delicious!!!

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Authentic delicious AND vegan Puerto Rican food

Fresh vegan eats in PR!

The staff was incredibly welcoming and patient. The restaurant was clean and bright. The food tasted really fresh and made to order. It made my vegan heart smile 🤩🌱

Pros: Traditional Puerto Rican and American cuisine , Lots of seating space for your family & friends, Incredibly welcoming staff!

Cons: It was a little hard to find

Great food, Bad wait time

I came here because the reviews seemed good. While the food was great and loved it, I nearly left before trying it out because I waited slightly over an hour for it. We asked about 2 times how our food was coming along before we asked to cancel our order. The cooking staff didn’t seem to know what was going on. There is no sense of urgency but that also seems to be a pattern here in the PR. The restaurant wasn’t even full- there were 2 other small groups of 2-4 people when we arrived and yet the food took over and hour to arrive. The food was also brought in to-go containers, which isn’t a bad thing, but if I was eating there I expected to be served for in-house dining- this last thing is more of an observation however. In the end, I think the food was great, but I don’t want to wait that long for my food so I’m not sure if I would go back.

Yummy!

Food was awesome. Service was ok. I sat down in their lovely restaurant and ordered three things from the menu. It took them 1.5 hours to get it to me. Their reasoning was because Uber eats orders were coming in.

Pros: English and Spanish speaking, Yummy food, Only vegan food

Cons: Very slow service

Authentic Puerto Rican Food, 100% plant-based.

Don't give up Puerto Rican food just because you don't want to eat animals. I had the alcapuria mixta & it was excellent. Great Boricua menu options. The place is called 100%HP / Maui's Great Burgers on a little street called Cerra off Ponce De Leon Ave. Will come back to taste other options.

desde el primer momento que probamos HP no hemos podido parar de venir: sea para buscar comida del camino al trabajo, o sentarnos en el área que están convirtiendo en un full restaurante, la comida nunca falla ~ seguiremos apoyando esta empresa hasta el final!!!

Awesome (all-vegan) local food

Great place to experience a vegan take on traditional Puerto Rican food. They sell rice and pigeon peas (gandules), alcapurrias (fried plantain fritters stuffed with beyond meat), and empanadas. They also offer vegan burgers and other “healthy junk food.”

Pastel combo - Puerto Rican version of tamales, made out of plantains and stuffed with beyond meat. Comes with a side of yellow rice and pigeon peas. at 100% HP in San Juan

Mejor experiencia visitando a PR

Súper contento de que pude conseguir una opción vegana tan pronto llegue a Puerto Rico. Adicional a eso pude conocer al dueño en persona que tantos años sigo en los medios. Comida 100% recomendada. Perdonen la foto pues la tome ya cuando había empezado a comer.

100% recommended. I was craving for this vegan option and OMG highly recommended and for sure will come back again. I also got to know the owner that I’ve been following him for many years.

Oh. My. GOD! Freaking AMAZING!

I literally swallowed the food, I had no time to take a picture but my mom did!
It’s a MUST TRY! It didn’t lack in absolutely ANYTHING!

YUM!!!!

The food is absolutely amazing!!! This restaurant has one of the most versatile menu I've seen. From typical Puerto Rican empanadillas, pasteles, alcapurrias, to hamburgers & sandwiches, to quesadillas & tacos. The people and service are just as amazing as the food. They also sell amazing local beers. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! 💚💚

The greatest vegan burgers in PR!

This hole in the wall restaurant should get a lot more attention than it currently has. It’s filled with literally every possible comfort food a began can dream of!! I had the triple cheese burger and I’ll tell you I was stuffed! My friends (not vegan) grabbed the chicken sandwich and were pleasantly surprised how authentic it tasted!!!

Pros: Every type of vecomfort food imaginable available, Artisan beers available, Take out available

Cons: Signage is wrong, Difficult to locate (incorrect coordinate on GPS), No seating available in the location

They have it all & all vegan!

Stopped by 100% HP today for some take away. The menu is quite extensive from traditional Puerto Rican dishes, to burgers, spaghetti, and more. The best way to see the menu is to message them through Facebook. They'll send the menu over. Service was great as the young gentleman explained a few of the dishes we inquired about. Food was good and really filling. Definitely a great place if you're having a cheat meal and looking to satisfy a fast food craving. We'll definitely be visiting again!
