i got a too good to go-box and i gotta say: the tofu, even though it didn’t look like much, was super tasty.

Not enough vegan items - Edit
This is a pleasant place in the Hudson Yards mall. However, I did not see enough vegan items to recommend this; going to Whole Foods across the street would be a better bet. They do offer vegan yogurt--but they were out when I got there. They also had a salad bar, but nothing in it was labeled as vegan, and I didn't feel like guessing which items were.
