Expensive, but good vegan range - Edit
It's an expensive supermarket, but they have many vegan options including fresh produce, mock meats and other vegan alternatives. They also have food ready to eat and some restaurants upstairs.

We tried the cold/hot plates you prepare yourself. I liked it that you could choose among different options (lots of veggies) but we didnt know the weight/price until we paid. It was good and tasty yet expensive.

Huge store with restaurants inside - Edit
This is a huge, well stocked branch of Whole Foods located at Hudson Yards. One thing that makes this branch extra special is that it has a number of restaurants located inside. Some of these bear a special listing on Happy Cow--such as Matchaful and Jajaja--but a number of others restaurants inside the store offer vegan items as well. There are plenty of places to sit, both inside the store and outdoors, and available restrooms.
