Kleine Auswahl - Edit
Die kleine Auswahl an veganen Gerichten ist okay. Vom Geschmack super, aber Lachs wird wirklich als Vegetarisch ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war bisher immer äußerst freundlich und gab ausführlich Auskunft über die Zutaten.

Great for veganized hot drinks, but not for food - Edit
We got here early in the afternoon and there weren't that many vegan snack items available, maybe one kimbap roll, but staff told me the kimchi in the onigiri for example contains fish. Vegan lunch options seem a little bit limited and kinda generic as well (thai curry at a korean/japanese restaurant...?) I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk, which was really nice. The store interior look very welcoming as well.
