Victoria’s best vegan ramen

Edit: I have since tried the veggie tan tan ramen a few dozen times and it is way better than the black sesame. Get that instead!

Tried the black sesame tan tan and it was alright but nothing memorable for the price point. Their prices have gone up $2 a bowl since 10 months ago according to the images they posted here to $17.95, which feels pretty expensive for a vegan ramen in a strip mall outside of downtown.

It was also really hot inside and the owner did not want to open the front door despite it being colder outdoors in the evening and there was a nice breeze. The one wall AC could not keep up with the heat from the kitchen and we were all sweating.

Service was friendly and at least checked on my behalf. They have covid wooden dividers up between tables that don’t let in light make it feel like you’re eating at a cubical. Fresh air circulating would be more effective!

I’m sure Victoria has better vegan ramens, this is just the first one I tried.

Very pleasant and accommodating staff!

I ordered takeout but decided to stay and eat in. The vegan ramen was delicious and full of flavour.
The staff were very helpful.
Would definitely go back!
