Pop ups and farmers markets

I didn't realize this place was listed on HappyCow. I saw them at a stand on Vegan Night in Central Park. The friendly staff informed me that they do not sell out of a brick-and-mortar location, just at popups (like Vegan Night at Central Park), farmers markets, and the like. These are desserts that are all vegan and quite delicious (though not local or cheaply priced).

The woman was so sweet. Tried the PB Brookie. Wasn’t blown away but it was good. Would be curious to try more.
