Good for a quick snack - Edit

We had a falafel salad and a wrap. Both was good for a reasonable price.

Quick option but confusing - Edit

The salads were nice (falafel & gaucho) but we found the rest confusing as there are different types of plates (smoothies, market table and salad) but it was not well organized. Market table dishes looked yummy but we werent sure what to ask so we decided the salads.

Pros: Good price, Big portions, Lots of veg options

Cons: Not well organized, Not elegant

Nice variety - Edit

This place offers a variety of health-oriented foods: salads, grain bowls+ veggies, made-to-order juices, sandwiches, and the like. It is not oriented to vegetarians, though there are a number of items that are vegan. You order food at the counter for either takeout or for eating in; there are a number of tables indoors and out. This place seems ideal for lunch, though it is open late as well. I personally prefer Dig Inn, which is in many ways similar, though Fresh&co does have more variety.

Pros: Healthy and filling, a number of vegan choices, quick and friendly service.

Cons: Not for elegant dining.
