Vegan friendly breakfast - Edit
Plenty of selection for breakfast. It will taste much better if you can walk ten minutes to Paley park to enjoy it. 😊

It was good. I like the vegan de luxe i took and the vegan hot chocolate . Service was quick for me but they had forgot my friends food. A little expansive, I thought the portions would be slidly bigger.

Good, basic - Edit
Not bad if you’re in a hurry and need something quick. Super simple options, nothing fancy. Tried the burrito & the croissant, both were good, nothing out of this world though!

Great food and options - Edit
We had several smoothies and two of the three vegan breakfast entrees. Our kids enjoyed the non-vegan baked goods. We went twice during our stay and wish we had one nearby at home.

So Many Vegan Options! - Edit
I was so impressed by Gregory’s vegan selection. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast there! Their vegan pumpkin pound cake and vegan bar were outstanding! They also offer all vegan milks and a variety of vegan sandwiches and smoothies. This is a great place to go with a non-vegan as well.

Convenient Breakfast - Edit
We were staying near Times Square, so this was a convenient spot for a quick breakfast. Service was good and it was a clean, bright space. There were a few vegan options on the menu, which was exciting. We tried the vegan croissant with cheese, egg, and sausage. It was fine, especially the croissant, but really under seasoned, and there was just one bit of sausage which meant the flavour was not very well dispersed across it. We had initially thought we'd visit this place more than once to try a few different options, but we never returned after the first morning. The portion was quite small and it was not cheap.

Decent options - Edit
There are many vegan breakfast sandwich options, vegan power bites and a bad. Also non-dairy milk options. My overall issue was that the sandwich was quite heavy and perhaps not the healthiest option. This may just be my personal preference though. Great options though as it’s a chain throughout NYC and has quick service.

Get the vegan deluxe! - Edit
I so wasn’t interested in the tiny, faux egg, sausage and cheese ‘croissant’ but this turned out to be my favorite breakfast in nyc! I seriously almost walked back out when I saw the example they had lying in front lol but seriously, give it a try!

Vegan breakfast - Edit
I did not expect a coffee shop to have vegan breakfast options, but I was very excited they did. Their vegan bar is a nice little to-go treat, and their vegan breakfast sandwich was lovely too. Good lattes as well - the Fall Oat Boy was adorably named and tasted like a cup of fall. Pretty much no seating though so this is really a to-go place only.

Great vegan sandwiches, some vegan desserts - Edit
I had the beyond flex and thought it was exceptionally good (great bread, onion jam, fillings), and also liked the vegan sandwich that comes on a 'croissant' (more like a crescent roll - fewer flaky layers but also much less oily which I appreciated). All the vegan sandwiches are under $7 I think which is really low for the area. Oat milk cappucino was great, the vegan dessert balls were good but more on the weird/healthy side than the decadent side. But honestly, for a snack while I'm working the less sugary stuff works better for me. I will be visiting often.

Chain coffee place, - Edit
Gregorys Coffee is a fine coffee place--I go here all the time, and have no complaints--I like the coffee a lot, and the munchies are also quite good. However, this place is not particularly geared towards vegetarians, less so for vegans. They have branches all over; this is not a place to seek out for vegetarian food. I appreciate their use of vegan pastries--but with so many other choices nearby in NYC, this is not really up to Happy Cow standards for a restaurant.
Read moreUPDATE: this place used to be listed as a restaurant. Now that it is listed on Happy Cow as a coffee place (and now that is offers more vegan items than formerly), I raised its rating--this place does indeed live up to Happy Cow standards for a coffee shop.
