First of all, I totally love the concept, and the food wasn't bad, it just wasn't that great either. I had the vegan combo box. Dumplings were fine, just no sauce. Fries were fine just soggy from the mayo and the fu bao was dry (huge chunk of tofu, dry bun or missing sauce?). Friends had the dumplings and found them quite bland, same for the peanut sauce... Had high expectations, left a bit disappointed

The vegan box was so good. It consists of a bao bun, dumplings and fries. The sauce on the fries was so good and with the dumplings. It was just really nice. We waited for a while because it was really busy. But you could sit at Neulich and have a beer.

Never tough I would be mixing dumplings and french fries, but here we are, and let me tell you: what a great mix!! Not a vegan restaurant but the options are truly delicious. Great to go with friends for a quick meal. The bao with vegan fried chicken was super yummyyy!

A couple different vegan dumplings and bao to choose from, plus the fries are vegan too (and come with a really tasty peanut sauce!). Tofu bao was my favorite! Vegan Box is a great way to try most everything. I’ve also heard they have a cheap vegan lunch option, but I have only been for dinner. 🥟🥟🥟

Absolutely loved the food here and the vegan options were clearly labelled. It’s a hole in the wall place so great for takeaway but also connected to a bar next door so you can eat in there. I had the vegan box which came with a delicious vegan bao, dumplings and fries. Big portion!!!

Super happy we came here for lunch. Had the vegan box which had 2 types of gyoza (8peices), a decent sized bao bun, Japanese slaw and chips with sauce.

They messed up our order and we had to wait at least an our to eat. Honestly, the dumplings were so good that I'm still going to give the maximum rating. The bao was also very nice and fries were great as well.

Great Homemade Dumplings and Baos! - Edit
Han West does super creative homemade dumplings and baos, everything made from scratch, also the sauces! There is also non vegan items on the menu, but plenty of delicious vegan options like the super good vegan fried chicken with vegan Sichuan aioli! The staff working there is also super nice, they are fast, affordable and also have some seats. Def a great choice for Berlin!

Went here for lunch. The place is really small but offers take out. I had the vegan box which contains vegan dumplings, a vegan bao bun and fries. Everything was delicious!

Delicious vegan options and lovely staff - Edit
I love this place - the 2 vegan dumpling options and 2 bun bao options are wonderful. Everything can be veganised in terms of the menu options - fries and coleslaw and almost all dips (or all?) are vegan already. They do Noodle Mondays too where 2 of the 4 choices are vegan, and one is veggie. The staff are just the nicest, the prices are very fair, there is additional fresh chili and sesame oil for garnish, and the craft brewery next door they collaborate with is a great place to sit. 100% recommend (especially if you're trying to convince omni friends!).
