Dessert was lacking - Edit
I had high hopes for this place but the ice cream sorbet we ordered was sadly very lacking.
Read moreThe texture was too loose and the taste too weird. It didn't sit well in our stomachs.
The fruit was the best part of the sorbet.
A very good portion/price rate, though.
Maybe the savory dishes of this place are much better; I just wouldn't recommend the ice cream.
Pros: nice and quiet place, portion/price rate
Cons: long waiting time for a place that was empty, not so good ice cream

Fresh, healthy, delicious! - Edit
Very cosy seating. Kind and helpful staff. We ate the quinoa burger and a curry with fresh bread, the carrot dessert and brownie with ice cream (the latter I didn’t even see on the menu, it was simply offered when we ordered dessert!). We also had kombucha which was so nice. authentic and delicious food. highly recommend!

Lovely first Kathmandu experience :) - Edit
We came here after arriving in Kathmandu and it was really lovely. We had the mushroom chow mein, a mixed plate and some momos. The food was very tasty, super affordable and the staff was really friendly. Plus they have a nice area to sit outside and relax, which is very nice when the sun is shining 😊

Another stop on my vegan tour of Kathmandu - Edit
Throughly loving my Vegan tour of Kathmandu. I have a few more stops and there are a few vegan restaurants to choice from. Some I’ve visited more than once. The tofu stairs with Nepali flavors was delicious the minty lemonade was refreshing ordered two. The vegan 🌱 queen 👸 can not be missed I’m not sure the flavor of ice cream but it tasted floral with blueberry hints and cookie crumble with apple and banana 🍌 definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.

Such a lovely place - Edit
There’s a great atmosphere at this place and the owners are lovely. For breakfast I had the spinach and tofu buckwheat wrap and for dinner I had the tofu curry with a gluten free roti. Both meals were so tasty. They also served kombucha which is a big positive for me😄

Cool place, good food! - Edit
Ordered the Thai Tofu (?) Burger and Cabbage Quinoa Rolls and they were both delicious. Tonnes of flavour, the burger bun was sooo soft and actually some sort of whole wheat or rye bread, which is great. Very satisfied with the meal and wish I had time to try more!

Awesome vegan food place and owner is super friendly - Edit
This is the oldest vegan restaurant in Kathmandu if not Nepal. I enjoyed eating here on at least 4 occasions. The momos, chow mein and kombucha are amazing, but the best thing i’ve had in the whole of Nepal is the smoothie bowl from here, which I recommend to everyone visiting!
Read moreAfter visiting several other vegan establishments in Kathmandu, I can safely say this is the best both in terms of food quality and customer service, but also in terms of value for money.

Weird atmosphere, disappointing experience - Edit
I went there twice because they have vegan ice cream. Both times it was not available and they told me to go back the next day (and it was not available again). I ordered an Oreo shake and i got a big glass of milk with probably two crushed Oreos into it. Weird atmosphere, the waiter was nice but seemed somehow uninterested, a lot of employees were hanging out there doing nothing and it felt a bit weird.

Love the new location - Edit
What a fantastic new location. Just a minute or so from the old but a world away I. Terms of space. It’s open and airy with a downstairs and an upstairs with comfy sofas and even a meetup space with a long table. There’s music. And the menu is also new and improved. And the owner is a legit animal rights activist, rescuer and is just lovely. Highly recommend.
