Tasty vegetarian japanese curry - Edit
This was the quickest I've been seated and the food was available in restaurant I've been to in Japan. The vegetarian curry was tasty and we took seconds
Read moreThere was a long queue at the entrance for ordering and payment since the restaurant is self service.But inspite of that long wait time even to enter and sit down the order was ready within minutes.

Pros: No frills easy and tasty curry rice, Very quick service , Extremely clean and spacious, great views
Cons: They don't serve veg curry in kids menu, No sides added for veg curry rice, Meat curry got various side choices but not vegan

Probably the best and only option since vegan food is really hard to source in the outskirts of Japan.

Was not expecting to find anything vegan in Owakudani but I'm glad there is! The curry tasted great and it was clearly labeled. Restaurant is a bit fast-foodish so there were lots of people but we were able to eat fast.

Was great to be able to find a place with a vegan option at Owakudani. Only one vegan option but great to see it so clearly listed. Not my favourite veggie curry I have had but definitely hit the spot.
