Great find in Envigado - Edit
Was happy to find this little place in Envigado. It was so good we returned for more. The menu of the day was a nice mix with soup and juice. Good price.

Quick service, but all the meal was brought out at once. I didn’t like this. My main meal was getting cold as I was having the soup. I eat slowly.

Quite a large place that was half-full around 2pm on a Friday. I liked the interior design, which included a spacey ceiling and a huge, colorful buddha-ish painting on a wall.

There is a also a store but I didn't get anything.

I have only eaten here twice so far but I thought the food was very good. Today they had a delicious bowl of cream of onion soup and then the main plate with three items and a glass of fruit juice. The restaurant is decorated nicely and there are plenty of tables. Very recommended if you happen to be in this part of town. The meal of the day is 18.500 pesos as of November 2023. When you go to pay, the cashier may ask you if you want to include a service charge (which is a 10% tip). This is optional. You could combine a visit here with the Casa Blanca Museo Débora Arango (tours Tuesday and Thursday at 200pm and 300pm... must sign up in advance) and the Museo Otraparte. Both places are within easy walking distance of this restaurant.

Apparently it's not possible to give not fully veg restaurants 5 stars, but I really think Prana deserves it. We went back twice and they served vegan menu del dias each time. Very tasty, highly recommend.

It's a nice and cozy restaurant kind of hidden in Envigado. The staff was really friendly and they have a small shop where you can buy bread and healthy groceries (a little expensive though). The food was delicious and very tasty. They run out of the daily dish pretty soon.

Best Vegan Restaurant in Medellín - Edit
I came here as often as I could when I lived in Colombia, at least once a week. Their meals are very creative and so delicious and almost always vegan. They deliver anywhere as well. I had them deliver food to one of my English classes at the University. All my students loved it and none were vegan or vegetarian.

En dos ocasiones he atravesado el valle de aburrá para probar su sabor y no ha sido posible. La primera encontré que había una piñata de niños y no atendian al público (entendible) y la segunda llegué terminando la tarde y ya estaban cerrando en la app tienen otro horario señalado y me fíe de este. Aburrido miré la carta para saber de que me perdí y note varios peces en su menú.

Ya he comido en prana más de 4 veces en los últimos meses y siempre me encanta el menú del día, las porciones son grandes y los precios muy favorables. Lo que más me gusta es el ambiente y la atención de los empleados, súper queridos y atentos a lo que necesites.

This place used to charge only $7,000 for their daily lunch. River fish, organic chicken, etc. Nice atmosphere, great art on the walls.

Prana is a cute, hippy-style cafe in north Envigado. I ordered the set lunch for $10,000 - includes soup, bread, rice, salad, juice and a mock meat dish. Everything was pretty good, although a little bland coming from Mexico. They also sell personalized vegan shoes, bags and shirts!
