Nice vegan options - Edit
I eat in Lie mi pretty often. They have multiple locations and interior is nice and the staff are always friendly.

Pros: Tasty , Good vegan options , Nice atmosphere

There were pretty good vegan options in the salad buffet included with lunch. Lunch time taco dish was cheaper but just one taco.
