Bisher waren alle Mitarbeitenden, die ich kennengelernt habe, überdurchschnittlich freundlich!

Great variety of food, you can choose yourself as it’s a buffet, the seating outside was very nice and overall nice location (was a bit of a struggle to navigate through the dishes with allergies as there is no information on that)

Ich war mit einer Freundin auf einem Bummel Shopping Trip in Köln an einem Samstag Nachmittag. Nachdem wir gegen 18 Uhr von zwei Restaurants wegen Kapazitäten Mangel abgewiesen wurden, meinte ich, wir gehen jetzt nach Hause und können noch bei Sattgrün vorbeischauen, ob dort was frei ist. Da der Standort eine Straße abseits der Einkaufsmeile liegt, war es zum Glück nicht voll. Wir haben uns zuerst Getränke geholt und danach am reichen Buffet uns Gerichte ausgesucht. Wirklich eine große Auswahl und rundum köstlich. Ein krönender Abschluss eines tollen Tages.

Really good buffet with a lot of options. I got my takeaway 5 minutes before the close time, and the price was really cheap, probably because they were closing. The best deal I had in my trip by far, because the food was delicious.

Amazing good but customer service a bit lacking - Edit
A fully vegan buffet with both hot dishes and salads. A great choice of really well made food. The only negative was the customer service. We walked in and were left standing at the door while two members of the staff stood chatting behind the counter and another literally walked straight past and ignored us. Terrible first impression. Then, despite signs on the table saying someone would come and explain how it works, we ended up going to the counter as no one came over.

I got there before opening at 12 so I waited about 30 minutes. It was worth it! It also got very busy very quickly. So much selection and all of it was delicious. I was confused by the way there played system worked so I had to ask. The cashier walked me through the directions which was really helpful. I also got an espresso and a cookie.
